Very unprofessional! I called as a new patient, the first time the phone was answered as "techmed". No hello, no this is so and so, "techmed". I said I need to get fitted for a new cpap mask, what do I need to do. The person known as techmed, said I need to call tomorrow as the lady who handles new patients is out today.I called the next day and again "techmed" answered. I repeated my information from the previous day and after finding my order from my Doctor, then asked my insurance carrier, I told her and she said oh we don't work with them. Frustrated by their unprofessional attitude, I said well this was a total waste of time and hung up.You are in a customer service health care industry and you treat your clients like this? You are in the wrong business and should be working for a non-caring, non customer service job like picking up trash on the side of the road.

very rude and the staff there are unprofessional. To get supplies are like pulling teeth. Jo Ann is a nightmare very rude and their billing is all screwed up, they recharge, don't look at billing correctly. I would not recommend......go somewhere else

Tech Med was called by my doctor to set me up with a new CPAP machine. They called me this morning to set up an appt to get a new CPAP machine. I was told by them they do not do home delivery and I asked since I am wheelchair bound if they were accessible and they said they were not. I then asked if they could come to me or meet for delivery and said they could not. I would need to talk to my doctor and find another company to accommodate me. This to me is unacceptable. If you are disabled or even if you are not FIND ANOTHER COMPANY this place needs to be put out of business with their discriminatory practices.

Friendly staff and always polite and eager to help in anyway they can! Last time I was here they helped me upgrade to more advanced equipment than what I had. Love doing business here and appreciate the work that they do!!

If you want people to pay their bills...1.) Answer the phone. I’ve called 3 times. 2.) Get an online payment portal.No one wants to write down their credit card information and send it in by mail. And we aren’t in 1998 anymore. No one pays with checks.

They sold me a machine that was so old i could not get replacement parts for it before my insurance would allow it to be replaced.when i finally did qualify for a new machine they lied right to my face and said my new machine was in the warehouse and i should be hearing back from them within a week.Months later i was informed i need a new prescription with a new sleep study.9 months after my attempt to get replacement parts and with a new prescription in hand i was just informed today they no longer sell the machine i require (ASV)

Orders are filled only once you have a prescription and you call. Not automatically. They don’t seam to be there posted business hours.

I found Linda and her team very helpful especially when my machine failed and of a friday afternoon she got me in and replaced my system in 10 minutes.

The folks who answer the phone work hard to give good customer service, but I agree with another review here: We aren't in 1998. Why do I even have to make a phone call to order supplies?! There should be an online portal where I can place an order, get confirmation that it has been approved by insurance, and that it has been shipped. Also where I can pay for stuff not covered by insurance. As friendly as the employees are, this company is using last century technology.
