The teller that was assisting EVERYONE was very friendly. The manager ignored clients waiting for assistance and interupted tellers constantly causing no work to get completed.

I have been a TD bank customer for YEARS and years. I just needed a new debit card printed, which is a fairly quick process from experience, and they made me sit down with my two small children while they helped every single other person in line before me. No exaggeration, 30+ minutes, giving my kids balls to throw around when I asked them not to, and only to tell me at the end that their card machine was down. I'm done with TD bank and I'm ready to transfer everything over to Granite State Credit Union, where they don't even charge a monthly fee. I've been thinking about it for a while but this experience really drove a nail into the coffin. ✌️THEN they didn't even tell me the current card was completely deactivated and I couldn't buy my groceries. I was in tears. Horrible, horrible experience. Switch to a credit union, it's so much better!

Great staff very friendly. Made the process of switching banks with my wife very smooth. We had to bring 2 of our younger children in and everyone was so nice to them.

We have tried to get some money issue resolved for about four months now they haven't done anything. They said they wanted us to do a conference call to get this fixed. When we call all of our phone call get transfer supposed to lead to the right Department. They get transferred to the main menu or the phone calls get loss. If you plan on open a bank account I don't suggest going to TD Bank. They have terrible service and your money might go missing when you make a payment..

Bad customer service . Called in before arriving and waited 30 min outside used the application to register then received a call after 30 min waiting they don’t have enough people and they need to cancel the appointment.

TD Bank messaged me about unusual activity on my account and I replied saying I did NOT authorize the charges.. TD Bank authorized the charges any ways. Thanks TD Bank now I had to call the corporate number to file a dispute on these posted charges.. The store was no help they told me it would be easier for them to call the 1800 number. To all banking customers.. TD Bank does not have your back against fraud. Switch to another bank..

There really should be a zero or negative star rating available. Never have I in 35+ years of banking been treated in such an unprofessional, rude and totally obnoxious manner as I was by a Ms. Kimberley Beck. Despite the inconvenience which it will doubtless entail for me with having to move direct deposits etc, I will be exploring how to close and move both my business and personal accounts from this horrendous branch at the earliest opportunity. In addition, trying to get hold of TD head office to relate my experience ended in failure after waiting on hold in excess of 40 minutes before giving up. Please avoid this horribly unprofessional branch or TD Banknorth as a whole.

worst customer service!!! holds check for 5 days if it is deposited in the ATM. manager Kim is very rude and unprofessional. likes to hang up on customers. will be switching banks asap!!!

I have dealt with them for awhile before finally closing my account. Both the branch manager and the assistant branch manager have went out of their way to make my life a living hell! These two women have got to be the snottiest acting women in all of Nashua. The tellers are an entirely different story. I've been using their branch for over a year and anytime I need help with anything over the phone the only person there who would assist me was one of the male employees. None of the women employees would lift a finger to help me. One day yes my account was in the negative (my fault) and they would not cash a company check that was written on TD bank funds even though the corporate office said they could. They took great pleasure in denying me. Originally they had three male employees working there but I guess due to how damn mean those women are there=, well I guess you can hazard a guess as to why the other guys left and went to work for other banks. I saw one of the other guys yesterday when I went to my new bank (citizens) and he seemed so happy and he was grinning from ear to ear when he saw me. He really looked happy to not be working for that branch any longer. Joyce is the manager of that branch. I asked her for something this morning and she knows me by sight and by voice and she still has refused to lift a finger to help me. I suggest you think twice before banking with TD Bank, especially this branch. Choose the one further down or the one in the Shaw's plaza. Avoid this one at the Nashua Mall at all costs. They should've never closed the large branch downtown. They had the best employees working there and that was the single biggest mistake they ever did was shutting that branch down. I hope that witch sees this review. In fact I may call her on the phone and let her know I wrote a review just because she's that much of a B***
