Too few cashiers on duty - none available the last two times I shopped there, not a great experience. If I'm buying a couple of hundred dollars worth of stuff, I don't want to have to ring that all up at a self checkout. Hire some help.

One register and a self checkout, plus many people. Needs more staff.

They can't seem to keep escalators functional for more than a day at a time, they rarely have actual registers open (as opposed to self checkout), and your pickup orders will likely never be fulfilled with the entirety of your intended cart. Target as a company generally speaking has become disorganized and disappointing.
