Shameful practice, I ordered three box of diapers to pick up here and all three are open box items and apparently resale the returned items to customer like myself at full price. Instant return, however only to find out my refund was $20 short since the order was bundled with a $20 gift card. Target tried to force me to pay for the gift card.

Probably the worst merchandising I’ve seen from a functional company. They’re always out of stock of the things I come for. All employees I’ve encountered though are very nice and helpful

This Target is alright but not great. Products are generally in stock, and there are many self checkout machines. Sometimes they even have more than one traditional checkout lane available.
What makes me hesitant to rate it higher than 3/5 is that I always find myself having to navigate around large pallets of products. I understand the need to move things, but some areas of the store seem to be used as makeshift stockrooms, blocking customers from accessing the shelves behind the pallets. You can go ten days later and find the stuff (or new stuff) still sitting there. It's very annoying.

I had some privileged college girl on a power trip tell me should wouldn’t accept my TARGET gift cards. Over $1000 in completely legal and legitimate tender turned away. This was after she escorted me to a register with my 2 vacuums. I usually use self checkout and have ZERO issues at ANY Target. The gift cards all scan and process with no issue. I had just left the Bedford store which was as always a great experience and of course they took my target gift cards in Bedford. Why wouldn’t they? From start to finish I was treated like I was not welcome in Target Nashua NW and I was kind and respectful to everyone.

I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but after a terrible experience at two other local Targets, I wanted to give credit to this Target. In my experience, nearly every department is clean and orderly when I go in, which I've realized I cannot expect at other locations. They are typically well-stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I'm deducting one star because the one area that seems consistently under-stocked is their fresh groceries, which can be frustrating when I just want to get all my shopping done in one location. The food that is there, though, is fresh.

Nice people in the pharmacy but woefully understaffed. So much so that they can’t answer the phone, and they have a “secure” voicemail if you need to contact them. Has led to some very frustrating experiences with them. Would recommend using other pharmacies in the area.

I had found what I was looking for but with 2 products left on the shelf, one was beyond damaged where the product leaked and got stuck onto the display fixture and the other one had the package open and not in good condition. I grabbed it anyways and asked the self check out representative if there was any chance to get a discount since I wasn't sure if the product would also be tempered with like the one that leaked on the display, they said "it's just the box, there's nothing I can do with this" and walked away.
I wasn't being rude, but I the situation was treated poorly and it gives off the impression that Target is satisfied selling defected products and below average customer service.

The fella and the electronics didn't give up after not finding it the first 2 spots. and was able to get me exactly what I needed at the third spot. Super appreciate the dedication

I like how target had games that I was able to play for free in the Nintendo section. And when I was there I got a Nintendo game for cheap price.

Only place I will buy gift cards. Beware of Walmart on Amherst St. The store is selling scammer gift cards that look authentic. I just got ripped off for 75.00 and Walmart left me hanging. Bye bye Walmart, Target for me.

This is a great store with friendly and helpful employees. They say Hi to greet you, ask if they can help you find something and then do, and take the time to explain products if needed. Products are quality with a very fair price. Store is clean and items are usually easy to find. Parking can be challenging at times but we have never experienced the cut throat race for a space like at other places. It is a fun store in which to shop.
