Super rude. Completely unwarranted disrespect. I've never experienced anything like it. Go to the Shell station instead.

I went there today with my cousin to buy lottery after buying sunoco gas. We are the only one in line, my cousin who made a slight mistake in her lottery card is just rewriting the number in her card in the counter because its just 6 digits number anyway(my cousin initially used the table assign for filling the lottery card) then in a suprised the elderly lady staff who seems angry suddenly told my cousin in a rude manner to go to another table because there is someone in line when in fact it is only US and my cousin already corrected her mistake in the card in matter of seconds! I can say - i will never visit that location ever again because how she treat her customer. BTW We are asian same as her!

They stayed open a little late to let me buy a gas can (literally went to four places that were out) then the woman reopened the diesel tanks for me so I could get gas for my house. Super nice and greatly appreciated!

Every time I walk into a SHELL gas station after 11:30 PM, there's always an issue when I try to buy a lottery ticket. Even though NH lottery is 24/7 in these NH SHELL gas stations. I walk in to SHELL, AT HARRIS RD IN NASHUA, the one nearly next to Exit 4 overpass, and the kid behind the counter says, "hi." I say, "Hey, how are you, Can I get a $10 scratch ticket please?" Devin: "UHHHH, I'M GOING TO BE CLOSING SOON TO COUNT MONEY, SO, NO. I CAN'T DO IT." Me: "But you're clearly not closed yet, so you have not counted anything yet, and the store is still open for sales, there's people behind me, and I see you haven't started counting anything just that, so I can purchase a ticket... Right?" Devin: "No." Me: "Why? It's just ONE TICKET." Devin: "No, I said." Me: "Seriously? But why? The lottery is to be sold 24/7. It's one ticket, man." Devin: "Like I said to you the first two times, NO! YOU CAN'T." And he bangs his fingers on the counter. Me: "Wow. Ok, I'm confused as to why you have to be so nasty. I just want one ticket, then I'll be out of your hair. No need to be rude as heck to me. You have no manners, I cannot believe you have a job being this nasty to people." "So.....no on the ticket, still? You're going to push away ticket sales for no good reason except you'll be counting register money soon?" Devin: "YUP. WHAT PART DON'T YOU GET? THE ANSWER IS NO. GET OVER IT. YOU KNOW WHAT? IF YOU DON'T LEAVE I'M CALLING THE COPS." Me: "WOW? YOU'LL CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I'M ASKING WHY I CANNOT JUST BUY ONE TICKET? I have a right to know why. You said you need to close SOON? You're not actually closed yet, but Ok. Let's do that. Let's call the police and your manager. Now I'm annoyed. We can REPLAY the cameras here and show them that I simply asked you to buy a ticket, I still haven't gotten nasty like you, and then when the cops leave, you can give me your Manager's name, too." He proudly holds up his name tag, smirks, & says "Collette, Is my manager. My name is Devin. NOW BYE. YOU'RE NOT GETTING A TICKET. ANYTHING ELSE, you can buy, Fine." He looks past me and takes another customer that needs gas to avoid me. The poor guy just needs gas for his boat. So I stay quiet, and move to the side. After the guy walks away, I say..... Me: "Hold on, I can buy anything in the else in the store, except lottery, that makes no sense, now you're doing this to bust my balls. Matter of fact, let me go get my phone so we can show your manager how you treat PAYING customers." He says, "You're not getting a ticket. Whatever." So I exit the store. I come back in, I make sure he hasn't put a sign on the door. But he's not counting any items or money, instead, he's now telling another customer the story about me. So I walk back in and ask him to put on the same tough guy act he just did for the last ten minutes....... this time for the camera. I tell him to go ahead and continue treating me like crap all because I asked to buy a ticket. I have that video for proof. DUDE FROZE. I went home. After 45 minutes, I figured he was done "counting." I head back to the same SHELL on HARRIS RD. I pull up, he's outside smoking, playing on his phone. I pull up next to him. I roll down my window. I proceed to ask him if I can NOW buy a ticket. He actually thinks about it and says "no because you were rude to me." I said "it doesn't matter that you were rude 5X during my 1st visit because I asked how counting the register money means I can't buy a ticket from the lott

When the gas prices start going up in the Summer months, I come to this Shell because they charge the same per gallon as the "stations" with questionable-quality gas down the street. I'd rather stick with a well-known company than pay the same price at a rinky-dink place. I've had zero interactions with the staff here, but this place gets the job done for gas.

Stop in here all the time. Family owned place, very friendly, and they are very hard working. They are good people.

Friendly staff and great service in a great location. Love that they offer dry cleaning - it may be inside a gas station, but their dry cleaning services are awesome and have great prices.
