I scheduled a spa pedi online for $45 and was charged $65 when I left. I asked about it and was told "the other is no good." It wasn't worth the extra money I was charged without being told ahead of time. The polish was streaky and I had to ask her if they could be fixed. Usually a normal pedi includes a foot massage and this one didn't. The upgraded one only included water that bubbled. :/

I live close by so have tried it a few times..the first two times I felt rushed and there was a lot of arguing amongst the employees. I also asked for (and made a reservation for) a spa pedicure and they instead charged me for a more expensive treatment. They are very pushy with tips and very aggressive about making sure you ask for them by name the next time you come. I tried for a 3rd (and last) time today, made an appt for 12:45, arrived at 12:40 and was sat down for 30 minutes with someone coming by occasionally saying they'll "be right with me in a few minutes". What's the point in them accepting a reservation if you have to wait 30 minutes when you arrive at your reserved time? I finally had enough and just walked out, total waste of time and they have no respect for people's time or money.

Terrible under new ownership. Made an appt for a Mani. I had flexible scheduling and asked them what worked best for them. Showed up on time and told to wait 15 mins. The appt is 10, not 10:15. What's the purpose of having an appt if I have to wait 15 minutes, especially when the appointment could have been anytime. THEY chose 10. Told me to pick a color but didn't give me any information about which sets we're gel, dip, etc. just walked out. With a nail salon around every corner, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I want to take the time to let the management know the gems that Sia, Ari, and Julie are to French Nails and it's patrons. Sia always steps up to assist and does a stellar job. Ari and Julie also are very personable and kind. I also want to say they do a beautiful job with my sister. Definitely recommend them.

Made an appointment for 2 Gel x manicures for 5:30 pm. Me and my cousin get there right on the dot, whoever the young guy is at the front who I’ve never seen there before, acted annoyed and aggravated that we were even there. When I spoke to him on the phone at 10am that day making the appointment he was rude as hell too. We get there, again he’s annoyed clearly, and he goes to talk to the techs and he comes back and says we can do one in 10 mins and then one in an hour. We’re both like I’m sorry what? We made the appointment for both of us at 5:30. He’s like yea idk ask the techs. And so he just is standing there staring at us while we’re figuring out if that works or not. His attitude ruined the entire thing as we were gonna stay and do it.again, I’ve never seen him there before and I’ve been coming here for 5 years, since it was stone house salon and spa. Literally just lost two customers for good because they don’t understand customer service and being polite. YIKES Whoever that guy was, I’d fire him. Rude AF

I went to this nail shop last Thursday which was the 21st and a lady named Julie did my nails it was my very first time having my nails done and literally two days later which was Saturday the 25th six of my nails popped off if I wanted press on nails I would have went to Walmart and bought press on nails.
With that being said with it being my first time and my last time going to this place I will never go back to this nail shop again clearly they need to let Julie go she does not know how to do nails I went to another nail shop they also said she doesn’t know how to do nails and she did a terrible job.

For the most part I used to love this place, but a bad experience with Lisa I decided to stop going. While her technique is great and she does a great job with application, she is quite rude. If she is in a bad mood your nails will reflect it.

George is great . He pays great attention to detail . I get an acrylic fill and gel polish. my daughter gets a pedicure sometimes. They have cute small pedicure chairs for kids . it's a nice place.

French Nails has been my go to salon for a couple of years. I buy GC’s for my mother because she raves about how good they are. Recently, I bought a GC which was subsequently left at a local restaurant by my mom. They were so helpful. They replaced it without hesitation. Great customer service.

Hoang is amazing. I cannot go to anyone else for a pedicure she just goes above and beyond. Everyone is very friendly that works here and are always willing to take walk ins.
