I recently just had my 20 Nissan Titan in for a dented bedside. Kevin was clear, concise, and I sat back while he battled with my insurance company as there initial quote wouldn't even have covered half the damages. Kevin fought for me and I cant say enough about his team as you can't tell anything ever happened. Paint was matched perfectly, truck came back to me cleaner then it was when I brought it there. Thanks again Kevin and Broadside Collision Centers team!

My car got towed in there after an accident. The next day we called, and they told us we couldn't get the car because it was Sunday. We also couldn't take anything out of the car including the tools needed for work on Monday. On Monday, after taking the day off from work because of the lack of tools (construction job), the place tells us we could have picked it up yesterday and could have gotten the tools, but they say it isn't their fault we were given wrong information. Anyway, we can just charge the over $500 fee for a tow and two days of storage (because they told us we couldn't pick it up the prior day) to our insurance. They HIGHLY suggested we just charge insurance and don't worry about the fee. I've put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, asking that these guys get investigated for insurance fraud. Horrible communication and unsavory business practices here. Avoid them or get ripped off.

First time using this shop and Kevin (owner/manager) was professional and helped me with the total process. After dealing back and forth with my insurance company, my truck came out like it was brand new again….highly recommended.Services: Body & Trim

Love this place my car absolutely brand new, wasn't sure how it was going to turn out because the town where I come from has collision specialists but they're not even good so needless to say my past experiences haven't been that great.

Had an encounter with a Snow/Ice Bank. Broadside Collision did a terrific job. My Car’s front end looks as good as the day I got it. Thank you Kevin and Team. I am very happy with your work and will recommend you to others.

My experience did not end up well with Broadside. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone who looking for a repair shop. We brought our car to them as they was listed as a Guaranteed Repair Network shop on Liberty Mutual (our previous insurance carrier, we ended up cancelled the policies with them) website. After the repair was done, we noticed there were still couple spots that were left off by them. Was not sure at first if they didn't see them or they intentionally left them unrepaired. They contacted us about the survey we did after the repair, because i mentioned the issue. They refused to do the repair on that area and the reason they gave us was "THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK ON THAT AREA (BEFORE THE ACCIDENT) DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB, SO WE ARE NOT GOING TO TOUCH IT. BECAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE PAINT IN THE FUTURE, WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT BECAUSE OF OUR GUARANTEE ON REPAIR POLICY". So my car did not completely get fixed from the claim, but i understand that part of this was Liberty Mutual's fault too. However, Broadside could have been more professional and improve their customer service skills. The guy was kinda rude to my husband, he jokingly said to my husband about other scratches on the car too if we wanted to have all scratches fixed too because they were so small. He made my husband feel discriminated (we are Asian).

My car was in an accident and these guys worked really hard to make sure that not only was it done with my insurance, but they made my insurance allow them to do it right.

They wrote the estimates really low (i think that's what the insurance companies like), and when it came to the repair time, they had a hard time request for more money when they found out there were more damages. Couple years ago i brought my 1 year old Acura RDX to them for an estimate (for the same Liberty Mutual policy) after i hit a deer, they wrote up the estimate for around $3,000!. I ended up brought my car to another collision center in Manchester (who specialized in Honda and Acura) and the repair cost ended up at around $12,000. Just to give everybody an idea.

Steve came out at midnight on a Friday to tow our motorcycle when it was dropped and wouldn't run. Awesome! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our "roadside assistance" that we PAY FOR was going to take 3 hours after already taking 2 to get back to us. Progressive Insurance sucks. Thanks again Steve!

I wish I could be rating this business with the highest score. But unfortunately I can not do that, due to the fact that the owner, KEVIN VAGA, is the most cold hearted person I have ever met. Due to some financial hardships, the owner of the van that was moving me, and my belongings back to Mass. was unable to pay to get his van out of Broadside Collision in New Hampshire. So I guess that constitutes KEVIN VAGA KEEPING EVERYTHING I OWNED, SENTIMENTAL BELONGINGS FROM MY MOTHER WHO PASSED AWAY LAST YEAR! SOMETHING I CAN NEVER REPLACE! All my personal information, paperwork, medications, clothes, shoes, EVERYTHING I OWNED! I HAD NO WINTER CLOTHES BECAUSE OF THIS MAN. I explained my situation to him, and he did not care, or want to hear anything. He ignored several attempts, to going to his business to possibly work something out, on top of him taking ownership of the van. But instead he turned his back to us, and said he was done! His driver that picked up the van the night it broke down, must have told a different version of what happened, because KEVIN VEGA TRIED JUSTIFYING HIS ANGER AND FRUSTRATION WITH US BY ACCUSING US OF MAKING HIS DRIVER, TAKE US ALL OVER THE PLACE? WENT DOWN THE STREET, WHEN WE GOT THERE, TOLD CASH ONLY! So that story, or him trying to use that against us is just a cover up, or KEVIN VEGA using it , so he thinks he can justify STEALING MY BELONGINGS! IT SEEMS TO ME THIS GUY HAS NO INTENTION OF DOING SOMETHING GOOD FOR SOMEONE ELSE, HIS ONLY INTENTION HIS GREED! I GUESS THE VAN WAS NOT ENOUGH, YOU HAD TO KEEP ALL MY BELONGINGS. THANK YOU, KEVIN VAGA. I do not understand how this guy stays in business with his business ethics? He is rude, disrespectful, and works with unethical ways. I ALSO CALLED SEVERAL TOW COMPANIES TO ASK HOW THEY WOULD HANDLE THIS SITUATION, AND EVERY SINGLE ONE SAID THEY WOULD OF ALLOWED ME TO TAKE MY BELONGINGS FROM THE VAN THAT WAS MOVING ME. ALSO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE TRIED TO HELP ME! BUT KEVIN VEGA, TOLD THEM, A CONTRACT WAS SIGNED? I AM SORRY, BUT I DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT FOR KEVIN VAGA AT BROADSIDE COLLISION TO STEAL ALL THAT I OWN, ALL MY BELONGINGS. THANK YOU MR.VAGA.
