A big thank you goes out to Mike this week for taking the time to help me with a return. Staples Business Advantage was downright rude when I tried to make the return over the phone. I came to the store, Mike dialed them, told them about my experience, and I was given a return and refund confirmation by email. The phone call took a while but Mike hung in there and got the job done. That's what retail is all about - great service!

All of the 1 star reviews for their multitude of reasons are correct. This is hands down the worst Staples location in the entire state of New Hampshire and I really wish I had researched it better before getting a virtual address here. They can NEVER find my mail. It's insane. The girl told me today, "I don't know sometimes they just put it in the wrong folder". What. Do better or don't call yourselves a part of a professional chain of stores. This review is solely for the copy and print center.... They need to fix their operations or just close down that whole raggedy department.

I just went in to print some little Halloween flyers for my small business. I had no idea how to make everything the way I needed as I’m not tech savvy at all. Molly came over and I explained what I wanted and she took the time to make sure everything was just the way I needed. The shipping and printing area was very busy but Molly helped all of us with a kind and professional attitude and did it with a smile and without missing a beat. I am grateful for Molly today because I never would have figured it out. Great job!

They got good deals on laptops, but ordering online and picking up the items seems to be an all day event. So only 4 stars.

I went in to get my Destiny game posters laminated. However, something went wrong during the process and it didn’t turn out completely well.However, the error was very minuscule in my opinion. Still, they went out of their way to give me a refund along with copying and printing out a new copy for each poster and laminating those free of charge.These folks are so friendly and so apologetic. I should not have accepted the refund.

Had Liquid Armor put on my Android cell phone to protect the screen from cracking or breaking well my screen cracked and I was told that it was guaranteed not to crack well it did crack and NOW STAPLES WONT COVER IT .Now they sell Liquid Nano .Dont let staples try to sell you that as its not Guranted to work. Why spend 150.00 for Liquid Nano that won't work and not guranteed.

Why one star? You have a mask mandate and claim it’s due to local pursuant, yet there is no local masks mandate to speak of. Rather dishonest and misinformative if you ask me. Not to mention the gig is up with COVID. Let people choose, and let people go back to normal. I’ll take my office need shopping elsewhere

It east too crowded there and the prices were fairly decent. They do require masks for COVID protection for both their employees and customers, regardless of vaccination status.
