Destroyed our 1903 Glenwood E cookstove! Heading into our 3rd heating season since we got it back from SIW and it looks worse than when we took it, rusty areas on most every surface fire brick already falling apart! Doesn't burn nearly as well as it did, won't hold a fire without continously messing with it. SIW refurbished this in 1984 and did an amazing job, 2021 definitely not the same workmanship or service. I was told by the owner that he bought the business shortly after that. I wouldn't have this business work on a kids EZ-Bake oven! Worst money I've ever spent on any of our antiques! We're looking for someone else to restore this again!

Love these guys! They rebuilt my beloved Century Crawford cook stove - great service, great job, very professional. The stove looks like new, no leaks, even new firebrick, runs like it did when new a hundred years ago! I totally trust Pete and crew.

Ive never been here for anything but I drive by a lot; the Building and Property look Gorgeously Old and Mysterious, I am this Property's #1 Fan for sure ðŸ˜

Extremely helpful with my need for an antique stove part. Antique and vintage gas ranges can be purchased from several places in New England, but I have some insider info that Stanley Iron Works are the people that some of those shops send stoves to for restoration. Why deal with the middle man when you can get a great stove here?

I was trying to convert a 1947 stove from natural gas to propane -- no one knew what to do but these guys. Thanks.
