St. Laurent did an awesome job repairing my Tacoma. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. They even detailed my truck inside and out which I did not expect but greatly appreciate.

I’ve had a few unexpected trips to St. Laurent recently. Kyle & the St. Laurent team always do & have done a fantastic job start to finish. This is my go to shop no reason to look elsewhere.

RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!I have used St. Laurent in the past and have been completely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received when getting my car fixed. This is why when I had a recent accident I thought of no other collision repair facility than St. Laurent. However, there has been a change of ownership since the last time I had repair services and it has done a complete 180 degree turn in their approach to servicing customers.I brought my vehicle in to have it serviced after a recent accident completely confident that it would be handled efficiently and professionally by the St. Laurent team based on my past experience. I was completely unaware that there was a change of ownership, and I can honestly say that the level of service I have recieved has been less than the worst experience I have recieved anywhere.My problems started with the sales manager when I engaged St. Laurent to fix my vehicle. I went into their office and indicated that I had a claim from Geico and I would like them to fix it. I was told by the sales manager that he could see the Geico claim in the system and he would take care of everything from there. He gave me a date of 05/08/23 to drop off my car to be fixed. I dropped my car off after hours on 05/07/23 and thought I was in good hands.I called the next morning to indicate that I dropped my car off after hours and I was greeted by a receptionist that sounded like I just woke her up. I stated that I dropped my car off after hours and wanted to be sure everything was ok. I was promptly told that everything was all set. I asked how do you know when you haven't even asked for my name? The receptionist then said oh yeah, what kind of car was it???Fast forward a week later, I stopped by the repair facility to ask what was the status. I was told there was a problem with my Geico claim and it delayed St Laurent from working on my car. These things happen and I politely asked when will my car be ready? The sales manager replied that it would be Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week AT THE LATEST it would be ready. Fair enough right??? So I waited until Wednesday of the following week to follow up based on the response I got from the sales manager.Wednesday of the following week, I walk into the repair facility and asked if my car was ready. The sales manager said it wasn't and it wouldn't be ready útil the next day Thursday the 25th. I asked why it wasn't ready and if there was anything they could do to get it ready by the COB as I had made arrangements to return my borrowed car. The sales manager did not care that he told me only a week ago that my car would be ready AT THE LATEST when I showed up, because I asked why and if there was anything they could do to get it ready, they decided to call the owner to the front desk to "deal with me".Enter Kyle Cataldo, self proclaimed owner of St Laurent although his business card indicates that he is Director of Operations at St Laurent Collision repair. Before trying to even understand what was happening, proceeded to tell me I was being rude for asking about why my car wasn't ready. I asked how I was being rude for asking what was happening with my car when I was told by the sales manager that it would be ready NO LATER than the day I showed up to retrieve it. Instead of apologizing to me for the delay, he proceeded to tell me how it was customers like me that was bringing down his business. I stated that obviously there was nothing I could do to get my car back, and then asked when was the precise time I could come and retrieve it. Kyle Cataldo, self proclaimed owner of St Laurent Collison repair proceeded to tell me he didn't know and it would be ready when he called me. I said that this was unacceptable, and he said it was too bad because I authorized St Laurent Collison repair to work on my vehicle. He then proceeded to "throw" me out of their business office for asking questions about my own vehicle!!!Net/net - this is the worst customer experience I hav

Absolutely amazing work!!Got my front bumper and front lip fixed and repainted. The customer service was amazing. Working with me regarding an estimate and last minute additions that I made, they were great! Super professional kept me updated and timely on their work. If I had the ability to rate this place lower I would. Most negative reviews are written by people who are unreasonable and just irrational. Let me assure you, this is not the case. To be fair, the work performed on my car was top notch. I have zero complaints about the body and paintwork. However, I cannot speak the same on the business practices of this place and more specifically, the owner, Kyle. He is a con artist and a scumbag of a human being. If you don't care about being taken advantage of, lied to and stolen from then this is your place. Don't get me wrong, the work is excellent but it comes with a price.

If you want good service dont come here. This place has no concept of customer service. Kyle is not helpful nor does he care about the customer. They think the rules dont apply to them and charged me extra because they were too lazy to coordinate with my insurance to cover it. There are many other repair shops and I will be using ANYWHERE else than this dump in the future.Services: Painting

Never answered my calls when I wanted an update on my car. Took too long on the repairs and then when I finally got an answer, the owner gave me attitude and ended up calling me a racial slur.Services: Painting

Brought it in to get my tailgate fixed. It made a terrible noise when it opened or closed. The top of the tailgate was hitting the edge of the car and chipping the paint. They fixed it perfectly. Works smooth and quiet as ever. Great job guys!Service: Body & Trim
