We contacted Spa Guy out of Nashua, NH to let them know of our situation going on with our Softub. The hydromat was having and issue, which is all the main functionality of the tub. Of course like anything these days that are special items. Parts are on back order. So waiting was the hardest part for me especially not being able to use our hot tub during the winter time, which at no fault is Spa Guy to blame for parts being back ordered/delayed. That is something which is out of their hands, but Spa Guy was truly fantastic and kept us in the loop the whole time. Everyone at the store is super friendly and has fantastic customer service. The store itself was clean and didn't have any kind of debris around the floor. Once parts came in my hydromat was serviced right away. I was called to let me know the issue was resolved and that I'm able to pick it up. Overall my experience was fantastic and I'm pleased with the outcome of my hydromat and it working perfectly again. Not to mention they helped me take it out of mt vehicle, but also helped me put it in my vehicle.Thanks SPA GUY for a wonderful experience!

Professional, courteous, timely and diagnosed/fixed a Softub issue without any games. Exceeded expectations After using another repair place who sat on unit for months... they fixed it in one day at a fair price and the tech Noah explained it all. Thumbs up.
