We went in concerned about how to get what we want and what we could also be comfortable with spending. Steve was very helpful walking us through our options once we had answered some questions he had for us. We left very happy with our selection and looking forward to the arrival of our new bed in a couple weeks!

Great experience and really great sales associate- not overly pushy and did a good job explaining the differences between each type of mattress and being patient as we went back and forth to decide. It made me feel much more comfortable making such a big ($$) decision.

Careful buying pillowsWe were told that if a pillow we purchased did not work for us we could return it for another or refund. We purchased two pillows one full price and one half price. When my wife went to trade her pillow for another, hers was the half price one, she was told she would now have to pay full price. This was not disclosed at the time of original purchase. My wife had to go back home get the other pillow and return both then purchase mine again and purchase another one for herself. What kind of store does this?As a note I submitted this review to Sleep Number but they said it did not meet their guideline, I guess they only publish good reviews as I had written one for the original purchase that was good and they had no trouble publishing that one.I would like to add to this review in reply to the response from Sleep Number. If my review was rejected by Sleep number due to it not talking about a product then my first review that complimented the store but did not talk about a product would have been rejected also but this positive review was excepted and published so the rejection of my second review was clearly due to it being negative. As far as reading their return policy as Sleep Number suggested, when the sales person says that you can try a pillow for up to 100 days, my wife returned it after 3 or 4 days, for an exchange or refund I expect an even exchange or if I pick one that costs more to only pay the difference not get a refund of half due to me paying half then be expected to pay full price for the replacement.,

It was empty when we went and the lady who talked to us was rude and acted like we couldn’t afford a bed. We went to the mattress firm across the street and bought the split king bed power base and mattress there instead. Rude and stuck up will never come here again.
