I recently had a pre-wedding party for my sons wedding and had i three trays of sandwiches made from the deli. The food was excellent. The sandwiches were a huge hit, especially with the pretzel rolls. The trays were tastefully,, decorated and several condiments were added as extras. Amazing value definitely would go back.

A few days ago while checking out the cashier was extremely rude and seemed to be annoyed when I asked if a sale would come off. She had broken glasses and her bagger an other elderly lady put the powered bleach with food!!! Was not happy at all. While talking to a friend who shops their they have also dealt with these people and aren't a fan either they say the other people that work their are mostly ok.

Way too expensive especially when Americans are struggling just to make a dollar these days I cannot believe the prices they have they are outrageous although you do get what you paid for The store is usually very well stocked and it is always clean and easy to navigate.

I live in Nashua.I often buy groceries from shaws.But last night I had a bad experience with staff at the counter she is an old woman. she treated us like racist.sorry to say this, It's a shame that such individuals are allowed to represent the company, as they tarnish its reputation with their incompetence and disrespect.

This was my first visit to Shaw's. I easily found everything on my list. Wide selection at varying prices. The cashier went out of his way to make me feel welcome.

If you need groceries and not too worried about price, shaws is the place
Edited to add: Management there is very kind and helpful. Helped me work out how to use their coupon clipper app while I was using self checkout

Incredibly understaffed! I went to checkout with a lot of groceries and they had ONE cashier, an elder gentlemen working very slow. I felt so bad for him. He had no sacker, or help. On a busy Saturday none the less!!! It’s awful how they were treating him. There were so many people using self checkout with tons of groceries. Not coming back here again!! This is employee abuse!!!! I hope the elder gentleman finds a better employer.

I really like Shaw's. I rarely have a problem and if I have had a problem, they more than made it right, I use both in store and have tried the pick up and go. I go at least 2X a week. Always helpful employees! Four stars instead of five because 1) the bakery counter is often unstaffed and there are tons of already prepared goods you cannot access 2) They ran out of eggnog about early December both 2022 and 2023. 3) The dairy products often have a super short shelf life remaining so you need to check it's not a day or two. 4) The prepared food section is not to my liking.
