I shop hear maybe 4 times a year for past 10 years and always get a rude cashier seems to be the new trend in nashua retail very unpleasant and unfortunate I avoid all shaws based on these experiences. EDIT after reading further reviews I agree just sell it to market basket or another chain that actually do there jobs and want to be in the business because shaws just not handling this location properly at all i also see someone keeps responding saying a bunch corporate BS. Just fix the store

Went to this location tonight. All the Front End associates were hanging out at one register including security. The girl that helped me was rude. Treated me like she shouldn't be bothered. I was afraid to ask for help because of her rudeness. Corporate needs to get themselves together and start replacing people because there are far too many other places to shop for people to put up with this type of rudeness and entitlement. It's always been bad at this location but it's far worse now. Also, there was a huge spill of water on the floor in the back of the store near the frozen macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes. Why didn't any of the employees clean this up or put a sign out? Corporate at Shaw's needs to pay attention to these negative reviews at this location because they are accurate with what they are saying.

who had to approve my white claw purchase , I said thank you TWICE nothing no Acknowledgment at all
You can always tell whose raised right. It's the small things In any business. musty attitude like that ?

I had an awful time here the other day this lady I think her name was Ruth was yelling at the kids working there and I felt so bad for them since they were just talking and it was very slow so they should be allowed to relax a little and talk but that lady ruined my day won’t be shopping here again if that’s how management treats the staff who are again just kids

I normally shop at Market Basket because it's a lot cheaper but Shaw's is right around the corner so I go there when I just need to pick up a few things I don't do a major shop there because they're way expensive for me!!!

Always has sales and free items on their Shaws app. And sales even if you don't have the app. But the app is definitely worth it!

I go to Shaws when I am in a hurry because you can grab what you need and get through the registers quickly. Market Basket is going to be crowded, parking, shopping and paying take longer. You'll save money at Market Basket, but plan on more time and stress.

Never enough registers open. Always seems like kids just standing around talking every time. Products and shelves remain empty for weeks, even months. Corporate, do yourself a favor and see if Market Basket, or Aldi want this location. This store is horrible. Had 2 brothers who worked there and they hated it. Management sucks, pay sucks. The whole place just...sucksAlso, no one buys Monster Zeros. Everyone buys Mangos, Aussie Lemonades, and Rehabs...maybe ditch the other 6 products and only stock those? Those are the only flavors we buy from there and they've been out of Mango Monsters for like a Month.They also NEVER have the free item from the app...they'll have it the week before it goes free, then remove it from the shelf, only to put it up the following month.This location is only open because Market Basket, and Aldi on Exit 7/8 are too far for some seniors and people without cars.It's the most pathetic Shaw's I've ever seen
