My mother and I worked with Shaun recently to sell her condo. Right from the start, Shaun went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth, FAST, and as easy as possible for her. The pictures his team took really presented her place spectacularly! He used a large array of social platforms to present her condo to as many eyes as possible. Ultimately, Shaun got her the highest sales price ever for a unit in her community! He is a great guy to work with and a joy to talk to. I have been working with Shaun for 2 years. He has helped my Family sell multiple properties in order for my Mother to get the proper health care she needs. He was able to evaluate the property accurately and get us top dollar. Throughout that time Shaun has been extremely professional and I have never had a question he did not have fast accurate answer to. I have worked with several real estate agents in the past and none of them were as good as Shaun. I do not plan to ever work with another agent.

He was so knowledgeable about all the areas, pointed out specific things to look for in houses that we wouldn’t have even thought about, offered us suggestions and referrals for so many additional resources, and was so responsive and reliable. Shaun acted as our buyer's agent for a recent move from Connecticut to New Hampshire. With two small children, it wasn't possible for us to come up and see every house we were interested in. Therefore, Shaun visited those houses on our behalf and took very detailed photos and video walkthroughs that were extremely helpful in helping us find the right fit. When we found our dream home Shaun acted fast and made sure our interests were of the utmost priority. He helped us put together the best offer, even kept us from overspending, yet still beating out the other 8 offers! He worked diligently with all parties during the closing to ensure everything went smoothly. We will forever be grateful to him for all his hard work! I am positive he had other clients but we always felt like his sole focus. Shaun was very personable, a hard worker, knowledgeable about the area, and felt like a longtime friend. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who asks for a realtor in the area.
