“Difficult to learn how to get thru all the doors. Let me save you some grief. Your pass code opens the gates and the glass doors. Back steel door is locked. You have to get insurance which costs $20 a month for my 5 by 10 in addition to the monthly fee. The lock is inside the space. The door to the space has a plastic zip tie that easily is broken and then you need to slide the latch to open. The space is very clean. No signs to help you find your unit. The door numbers on each unit are confusing. One side was 1100 and on the other side of the same hallway, are another set of door numbers. The lights turn on as you are walking down the hall..creepy, just creepy. One of the gates was easily opened with my app. The back gate, I had to use the keypad. So, all in all. Very frustrating but we accomplished our task.”
“Absolutely amazing place to rent a storage unit. I had a wonderful introduction to the units. The person I spoke with was Tim. He was super sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable and informative of the process and how to locate my unit. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a place for you stuff.

ive recently switched to a job that pays bi-weekly. Some checks dont aligne with my due date. The team here is amazing. I called to let them know that it will be a late payment a few times. They informed me that my unit is okay to be paid on the day I give amd told me it will be locked but once they get that payment they will unlock it. Amazing customer service representatives and awesome units. Im so happy they are kind and understanding. I have a 10-20 unit at the price of $287 a month and its completely worth it for this place. Great communication and kind staff.”

“I had hired Mclaughlin to move a multigenerational grandfather clock from my grandmothers house to my residence. The team members that moved the clock were very careful, knowledgeable and took great pride in their work. The lead person on the job spoke highly of the company as a whole and presented himself with a sense of personal pride to be apart of the company. He spoke of the company with the compassion that you would expect from an owner.
It was a great experience and I would of course use them again in the future.

“Off 111 just up the street. 24-7 access to outside spaces. A bit rustic but my space was clean and well maintained. Owner very helpful. Would like more outside lights to light up area a little more. Was a little jittery being out there after dark.Area is safe and well maintained but, as a woman, would feel a little better if area was more lit, that's all”

“Good price for a 26' box truck. Newer vehicle, clean. Only issue was one of the wheels or tires seemed out of balance as there was this shake/vibration when traveling about 30mph or more.”
