If I could give a lower star rating I would BUYER beware of the self check out kiosks. First off they are slow when you scan the bar codes you have to scan same item multiple times until you see a green light !! Very stressful also trying to get assistance NO one there while I was scanning anyway long story short I scanned an item twice at 8.49 and did not realize I did it until I got home and checked my items which I had to clean and I remove the stickers because I don’t want germs bacteria in my house , but after going on line and seeing the amount I was charged I hunted for the receipt sure enough I hit the scanner twice for one item . Next day I went to the store manager showed him the mistake had the receipt and item bar code rang up twice , he refused to refund me the money 8.49 cents and said basically since barcode was not on the kitchen item he was not able to barcode same item but if it was clothes he could only give be me a store credit , I said you can clearly see I scanned same item twice and it was a mistake!! He was the manager and is responsible to reimburse people but he refused !!!I called my bank since was on CC and disputed it and the bank told me they are going to deduct it and deduct it from my CC since it was an error !! Thank goodness I did not pay with cash !!! This will s my last time purchasing from them !

they literally voided 7 pairs of shoes because there was a problem with the tags. i dont understand how they could mark a women’s size shoe as an infant size. it sounds like a problem with the people who are tagging the clothes, but i had to deal with the consequences and get half of my finds taken from me.

So much overpriced junk. $25 for a Abercrombie and fitch jacket That’s about 15 years old that has holes in it. $18 for a Ralph Lauren sweater with moth holes in it, yes it’s that bad. The store smells awful and it’s beyond dirty. It’s a waste of time shopping here.

First and foremost, the employees, at the Nashua NH store are AWESOME. This review has absolutely nothing to do with them. It's got everything g to do with the check out process. I, the customer, had zero options as to a choice of self check or Not self check out. Nope, not at Savers Nashua. No options. And the fact that the scanner is a !@#$%!! Joke. Over 3/4 of what inpurchased, the scanner would not scan, even after the very kind employee tried numerous times. He said I need to then enter the code, but at my age, I could not because I couldn't see the very tiny numbers on the price sticker. So again the employee stood there and attempted to scan (didn't work) and then enter all the codes, all price stickers are faded (& it's the way the thermal printer prints, it prints faded) so the stickers are faded too much for the scanners to pick up. It took me 20 minutes, TWENTY minutes to check out less than 10 items. Seriously, Savers?? And you probably pay these employees, trash pay, and they're smarter than you big overpaid bosses, because they KNOW this self check out system DOESN'T WORK doesn't help make anything better. Ayevaye aye SMH!!!And when an items price sticker has fallen off, your process if returning it to the proper depth is absolutely REDIQULOUS really. Something that's wirth 50 cents, you got for free and sell way too much and won't take a buck bc the tag fell off. Like why??? You ain't loosing any $$ on an item YOU got for free. Because of the greedy Richie Rich big wig bosses at Savers, I will never ever ever shop at ANY one of your stores again. Taking jobs a way with a stupid self check out is mean. And I dont wanna give my money to you again.

I recently visited Savers with my neighbor, and we shared transportation to drop off donations at the donation center. We were disappointed when we were informed about the one-coupon-per-car rule. It's frustrating that this policy doesn't account for situations where people share transportation but aren't part of the same household. I suggest the company review this rule to make the experience more accommodating for all donors.

Listed on website as open. Google says it’s open but it’s not. Drove here for nothing and I’ve watched a dozen other cars come through so I’m not the only one. Frustrating

To the long-haired gentleman with the fedora who is staffs the Nashua donations-receiving area, I hope your day improves. When I asked how's it going, your response of "awful" was concerning. When I said "I hope you have a better night," your response of "No" was just rude.

I've always thought savers would be a good place to get second hand goods. The one night I went christmas shopping, the entire store reeked of a rotting corpse. It was the most gag inducing smell I have ever inhaled. This was December 1st.

Employees do not care about anyone, the store is setup for employees convenience not buyers. I waited for a very long time to use the bathroom that is not labeled as a bathroom, No one came to (unlock) the bathroom. This was sudden onset diarrhea if I did nor live 3 mins away I would not gave made it. It's is incredibly deranged to not have functioning easily accessible bathroom.
