I unfortunately got called into surgery so I was able to be present during window replacement. I called as soon as they opened so I could leave a message for my tech Ryan. The rep on the phone was very kind and empathic to my situation and insured that the message would be left and the steps that were going to be taken. He was 100% spot on I got text messages and emails of the process. When I got home my winsheld looked great and he even cleaned my dashboard (sorry about the dog hair). I am overall really impressed by the customer service and the care that I received. 10/10 will definitely recommend.

My technician Jamie was extremely professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. My windshield looks great and will definitely be calling again and would recommend him specifically.

Terrible. Manager and employee both terrible..Woman at customer service desk was great. Installed wifes windshield, scratched the hood. The seal where windshield connects is misaligned. The service tech got defensive and threatening. Have used this location two times prior, never this type of experience. Will get car fixed next week. Will never use safelite again. Waiting on GM to call me yo discuss this fiasco.

Was nervous getting the windshield of my brand new 2023 Escape replaced...done in under an hour and every detail seems absolutely perfect. No damaged trim, no scratches on the paint or interior.Nice work you guys!

My car had a cracked windshield. I brought it to the Safelite location in Nashua since it has a camera system that has to be calibrated on site and not at a remote location. The windshield is fine as far as I can tell. However, my car had the following problems when I received it back:Key fobs no longer workAir conditioning doesn't workSteering responsive headlights don't workTrunk won't openTire pressure indicator reporting false positiveCracked plastic molding inside the vehicleSafelite has denied all responsibility for everything except the cracked plastic. They showed me a scan that said the codes were present but the actual problems were not present when the vehicle went in for service. They told me one of my tires was low but I checked the pressure on all of them myself and they were correct. I'm going have to pay out of pocket for all of these repairs myself. Never again, do not trust them with your car, it could cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars.EDIT: After enough complaining to customer care they accepted responsibility and paid for the repairs.

After my car was refused at the Hooksett location, we brought it here after clarification that my wheels were within the correct specs. The tech here, Danny, was super great, and finally replaced my windshield correctly after dealing with being sent to many places over the past several months. Thank you!!!

My daughter had a windshield replaced two years ago. It began to leak profusely, which led her to bring her vehicle to the nearest Safelite in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The manager Gary at store, 1406 glad extremely rude with me after I challenged his technician regarding the windshield improperly being installed in the first place. His technician refused to talk to me about it which led me to the manager who his name is Gary. Very unprofessional very rude to me and my daughter and we will never go back there again. He advised that there is a lifetime warranty on the windshield that they installed or better still improperly installed!

Dropped off my Subaru at 9:30, got it in and fixed up quick. Tech saw my stickers on car and gave me one :) had an awesome experience.
