Amazing! The two guys that installed our new carpeting did amazing work. It was done quickly, clean and looks so good. Not to pricey, and worth it! We have used them two other times as well at our home and the work was perfect. They are both super friendly and the family that owns the business are an absolute delight. So, we have used these guys before. They did our stair runner many years ago. (It still looks great) We had Chris come out to measure for a two room guest suite with staircase. We have dealt with numerous people getting this darn suite finish and there was no one better to deal with than Chris. We had someone else out to give us a quote and they added quite a bit of extra yardage. Not Chris. He calculated the most efficient way to use the yardage and needed considerably less than previous guy. He is clearly intelligent, knows his profession in and out, is a good communicator, and is very professional. He doesn't pad the order. Also, on a personal note, he is such a nice guy...I would adopt him, but he is happy with his parents..

Very good selection, friendly folks, beat other local stores on pricing as well. We installed a stair runner and other carpets 2 years back. They exchanged one carpet that came out slightly faulty, no questions asked.It will be the first store we visit next time!

The staff at The Rug Depot are top notch. I have used them several times for elaborate hallway runners with many twists and turns. They have also taken carpeting and custom cut some great area rugs to fit an odd shaped room. They are super customer oriented and a pleasure to work with. Reasonable prices.... and Ive done a lot lot lot of shopping.
