To be honest I wish I could give less than one star. I was in the drive thru, being helped be someone. Apparently I was talking loud. Not one time did the person helping me say I was loud. The pharmacist(not helping me at all) grabbed the microphone and screamed I was yelling. I am in the drive thru and it's pouring rain so it was hard to hear anything, second their microphone is shotty at best, it cuts out and we customers miss half of what is being said to us, third I asked for their names (both had name tags on) but bc of the rain I wasn't able to read the name tags, she outright refused. I have been going to Rite Aid since they opened in Nashua. This is one pharmacy that treats ppl horrible. This is why they are losing millions of dollars and have to close so many stores. They USED to hire dedicated, kind, helpful pharmacist, now they hire ppl who should NOT work with customers.

Assistant manager is very rude Monday My car ended up with a flat tire and literally the tire off the rim parked it there at 6:00 a.m. nobody was around to inform them so she had my truck towed to Massachusetts which in the process broke I brake line and ended up costing me over $700 to get my truck back and only 275 of that was for a new tire now I need to get a new brake line thank you rite aid on main Street you suck

most times i call they do not answer. hold times on the phone are way too long. it’s ridiculous especially when they have so many people back there.

I wanted to give this Rite Aid the benefit of the doubt but the pharmacy staff here are either very overworked, just plain rude, or both. Calling from a hospital to check on meds should not be so unpleasant, and if this is how you treat other medical professionals I worry how patients are spoken to.

This pharmacy has lost its integrity and is unsafe for many reasons. They allow a 3rd party to deliver medications via uber eats or "Scipt Drop". Medications have been left out on the streets (literally) with personal information attached. This is not ok and violates any protection of privacy. Medications have been falsely claimed as "delivered" with a fraudulent signature by someone that is unaccountable (being a 3rd party food delivery service). This presents an issue with having missing medications replaced due to Insurance not allowing/ covering it. Complaints have been made with no accountability taken. Signatures have been falsified by Rite Aids choice of delivery services on every delivery. That is fraud. Rite Aid has been made aware of this with no resolution. This was a decent pharmacy and has increasingly gotten worse over 3 years. If you value your privacy and medications being delivered with any amount of integrity or respect, do NOT use this pharmacy.Note to Rite Aid: If by chance I have a response on this review being "apologetic" , save it. This was a review 3 years in the making and Rite Aid had many opportunities to resolve issues. When you realize that medications are not fast food, you may stand a chance to repair trust that has been lost on Rite Aid.

Much improved in past year. Always good deals to be found and helpful staff. The owner just needs to tidy up the parking lot and landscaping to make it feel like you’re not in a bad section of town.

Friendly, attentive, and respectful. I switched pharmacies 6 years ago, and even through Covid and staff turnaround, they've managed to keep the quality of the personnel high.

Staff closes the drive through when ever they feel like it. Say it’s staffing but can only assume they want people to go to Walgreens and not inside. That’s what we did. Longer hours and friendly service there WITH a drive through.
