There are many steps from selecting your countertop stone to installation. Ripano team members are highly organized, knowledgeable and at the top of their game. So many home remodeling projects are painful but this was a joy and you were able to enjoy the experience along the way. Thanks to all at Ripano! It was a pleasure.

From start to finish the process of picking a countertop was easy and stress free. Keith was nice to deal with and he gave me space to look at some on my own. The guy that came out to do the template was respectful. The delivery guys that brought and installed my countertop leaves little to be desired. No social skills at all. They should be polite and respond when someone speaks to them. Yes they’re there to do a job but it is my home.

These people stepped in and helped with a project that was started by another company (that ended up folding). They were very prompt and intervened very swiftly and professionally, taking over the remains of the original project and bringing it to an excellent conclusion. They will work with you and make everything humanly possible to come as close to perfection as possible.

We recently had new countertops installed by Ripano Stoneworks. We’re so happy with them. They made the whole process easy for us. They had a great selection to choose from at the warehouse, the staff explained each process, and the guys that did the installation were kind, professional and did beautiful work. We highly recommend them!

Having owned and operated my machine shop for 35 years I consider myself to be pretty picky when it comes to attention to details. From the planning stage to the product and delivery, Ripano Stoneworks gets it. They recently completed their 4th kitchen job for my wife and I since 2005. They've also done 4 bathroom remodels. The most recent included pieces to a custom shower surround. All perfectly cut to order per my drawings. The biggest "WOW" came with the kitchen that was just installed. It's in a condo on the 3rd, and the size Island we wanted didn't fit in the elevator. Matt requested a site visit to see what they could do. They gave us our 104" and Matt, Fernando and the guys carried it up to the 3rd floor without any complaints or issues. It fit like a glove to the wall with it's two 45 degree angles and the island is spectacular. Great job guys!
