This is the worst facility to do Buiness with. Communication is horrible and the lady doesn’t answer the phone. Very rude and unethical business practices. My storage was charge a increase due to inflation. I am not please with the level of service I have received

I was lucky the young lady called me. Otherwise I wouldn't have had the storage.I was told they were opened on Sunday and she told me they weren't. We did everything over the phone. I signed an email agreement. I apologize I forgot her name but she was great and truly appreciate her.

No issues. Filled out online paperwork first, then went to office to sign final doc. Easy and efficient, pleasure to work with. Storage unit was clean for move in. Overall so far so good.
