Took our low mileage 2016 F 350 in for a recall notice on the steering column clock spring. In the process they BROKE the steering control module, and since ford no longer supports this part my truck sits in their lot. It has been TWO MONTHS WITH NO RESOLUTION, other than the rep at Ford Motor Co responding with "this isn't covered by your state's lemon law" and vague email updates involving "shipping logistics issues". This for a part the size of an apple! This review is ZERO STARS. Talk about a great business model: break someone's low mileage older truck during a recall job and maybe propose a "trade in" for a vehicle that will bring them an extra $40,000! I fear this is where we are headed, short of getting a lawyer involved.

Unless it's a recall issue, don't bother coming here. Every single visit the associates are rude and tack whatever they can onto your services. They tried charging $100 for an oil change, not even with a filter. Told me my tires were in dire need of replacing, I went elsewhere and was told my tires had 1.5 to 2 years left. Cabin filter - $200, did it myself for $20. Total services "needed" totaled $3,000. Went to a local mechanic who said only one thing was actually needed, and would be $300 instead of $650. Please, please avoid this place.

Bought a used car. Lies lies lies. Told meThey didn't have man power to check to see if my jeep convertible top was good but toldMe it wouldn't be an issue if something was wrong. Well no windows for top and they told me tough. I accepted the car sol. Filed a complaint with attorney generalsOffice we will see. What good will it do. My mission now is to make sure nobody buys a car from them. They absolutely lied and said dont worry. And I trusted them. Thieves. Crooks without masks. One star

A classic bate and switch dealership. Slimmy organization. Lied to my face multiple times. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Walked in to check out a NEW Ford F150. Was shown two "NEW" cars that both had over 2k miles on them and were priced as new. This dealership apparently has a big loaner program and considers the vehicles that were loaners new upon return. Total waste of time and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Awful dealership. I decided to try and see what I had was worth they promised me my car was worth no more than a certain amount. They used deception to get ahold of my car which was a fully loaded vehicle. They then sold me a vehicle that had been sitting on their back lot with a near dead battery, had been in a major collision (only I wouldn't find out later until I tried to trade the car in because of other physical issues that started to manifest). They are very shady to deal with and I'd be very careful if you go to buy a vehicle with them. Don't go alone like I did. It was only my second time buying a vehicle. They have a motorcycle dealership attached and those people are actually worthwhile individuals unlike the people at best ford. Since having a new "VERY used" vehicle compared to my other pristine vehicle I have put well over two thousand dollars of work into it.Again, the people at their Honda dealership next door are out the gate an awesome crew to deal with. The others - I couldn't care of the earth opened up and swallowed them whole.

Had to get a part. Went to pay for it and was told there was a "3.49% surcharge" for using a credit card. ASI had no option, I paid the "surcharge". When I said something to the parts person, I got a "we pay over $10,000 a month in credit card fees". As the vast majority of credit card companies charge fees based on sales, and by doing a little simple math, it would seem they are making approximately $500,000 a month. But you have to "surcharge" for using a credit card. That's PITIFUL. I WONT BE GOIN* BACK, for parts or ANYTHING ELSE. I'll take my business to Manchester or Townsend, MA.

The intention of this review is not to discredit or slander a place of business but to rather truthfully illustrate a customer interaction supported with factual statements and unbiased opinion by those involved. On 3/21/23 a 2021 high end Ford product owned by a corporation was dropped off for a scheduled service. Once the vehicle was delivered to Best Ford, the customer with a heightened attention to detail, especially in regard to company vehicles, performed a walk around ensuring there was nothing out of place or any other damage that should be mentioned prior to the scheduled appointment. At roughly 12pm a call was placed to discuss an issue with adaptive cruise control, the service advisor provided details as to the issue and the call was ended. At roughly 12:30pm to 12:45pm an employee with the company involved spotted the vehicle in question driving in Merrimack identified by the uniqueness of the vehicle as well as company markings. At 2:30pm the customer received a call from the service advisor stating the work would not be able to be completed on the vehicle as it was in a front end collision. The customer then returned to Best Ford and observed a softball sized dent in the hood as well as other damage to the front bumper that was not present when the vehicle was delivered. When Best Ford was confronted in an appropriate manner regarding damage to a vehicle that was not present upon delivery. The service advisor indicated that the cameras on premises are monitored by a third party and they are being reviewed now but it will take some time. A manager was requested who then informed the customer there are no cameras on the property, and that the customer had signed paperwork stating Best Ford is not liable for any damage while the vehicle in their possession. At this particular point no paperwork had been signed. The Owner was then requested however the customer was referred to the General Manager. By this point the customer had spoke to the service advisor, the assigned technician, and the general manager who all provided conflicting and contradictory information. As told to the customer by management, the vehicle did not leave the premises nor make it inside the building as it was made immediately apparent there was damage to the vehicle. However, when confronted regarding the ring camera system and commercial grade cameras mounted to the exterior. The GM showed the customer a ring system app stating none of the cameras are working. The customer noted that in fact the cameras were operable as the ring system feed had displayed a motion notification from 19 seconds ago. Due to no walk around procedure being in place at Best Ford logging any preexisting damage before Best Ford Employees operate the vehicle, no available video evidence, "the customer cannot prove the damage occurred while in the possession of Best Ford and therefore Best Ford is not liable for the damage". This vehicle was dropped off to best ford with absolutely no damage whatsoever, the accident and resulting damage occurred while Best Ford had possession of the vehicle, as previously stated the vehicle was also spotted driving in town not at best Fords facility. Shortly after it was spotted in town the service advisor contacted the customer stating there is damage to the vehicle. Please see the attached messages with our service advisor. All names and identifying information has been redacted in the interest of protecting the employees implicated

Shockingly terrible experience. The salesmen at this place harassed and threatened my boyfriend and I. We test drove a car, told them we would need some time to think it over, and left. On our way through the lot, we perused some of the parked vehicles for sale. The guy we had spoken to and test drove with was in the process of bringing the car we tested back to its parking spot. We then heard one of a group of salesmen outside yell "Run them over!", at which point the other salesmen accelerated towards us quickly. When we made eye contact with him, he stopped, rolled down the window, and while looking embarrassed, made a comment about the engine sounding cool. He then sped off. We headed to our vehicle to leave, and heard the group of salesmen calling us assholes. So, their response to us not buying a vehicle on the spot was to threaten us physically. It should be called "Worst Ford".

Okay, here we go, 7 months after buying my bronco I'm ready to do this review. I drive by this dealership everyday, when I saw the exact bronco I wanted, I knew I wanted it. The paper in the window had the price I was looking for, I had a trade in, I was so excited! We spent more than four hours at this place. Our salesman was fantastic, and the only reason for two stars. After that...all downhill. The price in the window? Not the price they were going to honor, just like another reviewer wrote 7 months ago. I was also told that they had a new owner and they were trying to build trust in the community - umm...by quoting me more than the price listed? That's a weird way to build trust. I wish I was a quick thinker and said that while we were there, it was only later when I was so annoyed that I thought of it. My BIGGEST ISSUE was with the finance manager. I was buying this car, I was writing the check, I was trading in my car - TALK TO ME. Not my husband. Don't be condescending. The only perk of this was when I pointed out what a j*** he was being, he gave me a better price. So thanks. Next up. Best Cycles next door. Apparently also a part of this new owner thing. I went in after purchasing my car because...well I'm loyal, thought it would be nice to have all my business in one spot. Only to be told "I'm not sure if we still do ATV registration." They used to, did it there last year...so thanks new management for changing that up on us. Gave another local company my business. And FINALLY, what prompted this review. Dropping of my bronco for its inspection, oil change, and recall that I was notified about. Only to be told "you need to call to do your appointments, not the app." well....then why is scheduling an option on the app? And "we don't have a fix for the recall yet, how did you even know about it?" Ummm a push notification from the app? I'm not even mad about the work done on my car - it's just the lack of knowledge from the person who checked me in. It's not my fault your system doesn't work. I'm overall happy with my bronco and the salesman, but I would not recommend this place unless you have loads of patience - which admittedly I do not.

A++++++++ Honest, Fair and Reliable. Came up from Mass to buy a Vehicle. Nicky D was the salesman he was incredible walked me right through the process no BS. just straight forward and very honest if he says something it will get done. Ask For Him. Big Shout out to Ashley she did finance. She didn't try to force a bunch of extra down my throat. She did her job and offered but didn't push. She was awesome. I was told there is a new owner Jon Crowley he is running as great business and was instrumental to me getting such a great deal on our vehicle. This place is under new ownership and the are taking customer service very very seriously. Oh and Jacob helped with some of the paperwork and he was a gentlemen.

I have never in my life experienced such a deceitful company. I was purchasing a Ford escape and was told they could not get me to the payment I was asking for. So we left and no sooner did we get home I received a call from the Sales manager telling me he got the payment to where I wanted it to be and that we should come in and sign the paperwork and pick up the new car. When we arrived the sales guy had me sign a few papers and said he is going to get the car ready and I need to see the finance manager to sign the paper work. Well we waited over an hour to see her and when we did she told us that they misspoke and because it is a holiday weekend they would need to wait until Tuesday to get the approval. They told me they would hold the car and call me on Tuesday. Never heard from them so I called and spoke to another sales manager who told me the finance women was off but they were working on it every way to get this approved. He said as soon as we hear anything you will be the first to know. Today I had to call and ask for an update only to find out they said they could not make it work and that they sold the car over the weekend. So in summary they lied about us coming in to pick up the car on Saturday and then they lied to me yesterday saying they were working on the financing when the car was already sold. How could they be working on the financing if the car was sold. I waited 30 minutes to speak to the manager and I was told he was busy but there is nothing her can do. Never received a call from him to acknowledge or apologize for what we went through. If that is how they treat their customers maybe they did me a favor. I am leaving the names out of who I spoke with me. That will be for the consumer complaint I am filing.
