Mist nails cut crooked and whole nail crooked. Not pleased at all considering over 60.00 with tip . I know od better places and wished I walked out.

Clean and professional. I get a bit self conscious about my nails because I don't get them done often. But, I was impressed.
Cleanliness: After having to deal with ingrown nails and infected toes from prior dirty salons, it's nice to have clean services!

I didn't really think about it when I made the appointment, but I took my daughter in the Friday before Easter. The wait was a bit long, but they were so kind and kept checking on us. I had a spa pedicure. The color I picked ended up being practically invisible, which the woman noticed right away. She ended up making a suggestion that I loved. My daughter got acrylics with an alternating color pattern and a hand painted star design. They look GREAT. We will be returning.
I found the prices to be very reasonable for the services that we selected.

I was high maintenance and asked for a very specific design for my birthday. Mackenzie delivered !! Best birthday nails ever. And the blue and pink goes perfectly with my labor & delivery job. Thank you Mackenzie and pro nails !!!

Great job and price! I love that they do NOT drill off the old dip and they let them soak. It is not good for the nails to drill and can heat up and hurt or burn with drill.

My 2nd visit and I had Donna both times for my pedi. It’s a very efficient business… great job. I will be returning in 2 wks.
Cleanliness: The shop is clean and very organized.

I’m really disappointed in my last appointment here. I come in every 2-3 weeks to get a gel refill and usually get matched with Phillip. He’s incredible and if you do end up choosing pro nails I highly recommend him. However this time I came on his day off and that was a huge mistake, and always has been. Any time anyone other than Philip does my nails they are never shaped correctly and the polish is always peeling within days which shouldn’t happen with a gel manicure.
I didn’t get the woman’s name but she over filed the sides of my nails so much that I am confident one of them is infected. She nicked me with the drill (accidents happen but the rest of the service and the over filing of the sides of my nails is what really upset me)
The polish is not even, I love the color and the design she did for me, she even free-styled and added a little glitter, which would be so cute if the nails were done properly. The almond shaping that Philip initially did was flawless- but my nails were getting too long to type on the computer so I had her cut them down and now the shape is just so wonky. Parts of the sides of my nails are missing polish and overall- this manicure HURTS to have on.
I work in a career that has my nails at the forefront of what I do. People are looking at my hands more than they look at my eyes, so it’s really disappointing to have such inconsistent service from such a beautiful friendly salon. Fully aside from my career, I spend my hard earned money on this to have them look terrible. I’ve had coworkers and friends comment in the past day since getting them on how badly they’re done and it’s embarassing. To spend $75 on average on my gel refills and leave unhappy is not a business relationship I look forward to continuing.
I’m really frustrated and wish I could get my money back.

Today I had a gel fill. I have been a customer at ProNails almost from day one! I have had services done in each one of their Nashua locations and have followed them to wherever they have moved! All the technicians are extremely professional, friendly, caring, and talented in what they do. I have never been dissatisfied With any service I have received and will continue to use ProNails as my “go to” salon. This facility is beautiful, large, clean and inviting! Try it yourself, you will not be disappointed!

I usually come to this nails salon because it’s super close to my job and they were good but the last three times have been terrible. Especially this last one. She was moving super slow but acting like she did not want to be doing nails and it shows. My nails look terrible. I have fuzz from the cotton and the acetone still all over my fingers and under my nails. She rushed through the dip process and didn’t take the time to file or buff my nails before applying the top coat. Nails are all different shapes and lengths. Overall I am very disappointed and probably won’t return.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a nail salon. A good friend recommended this place and I decided to book an appointment for myself and my grandmother. I booked 4PM appointments and weren’t taken until 4:30PM.
Let’s start at the beginning… when I was looking at the color selection I asked someone which ones were regular (my grandmother was getting a regular manicure and I was getting a gel manicure/regular pedicure). The worker responded with we have them in both the colors selections are the same. Red flag #1
So I was brought to the pedicure chair and left there for 20+ minutes waiting for my nail tech to come over. She came over and told me she would be right back in two minutes. She then continued to do other work around the salon. When she finally came over she gasped at how small/short my nails were (yes I had just cut them myself but my nail beds are naturally pretty small). She then spoke in another language to two other women who were working and pointed at my feet so they could look at them. Moving onto the pedicure… it was very rough and actually hurt being poked with the tools (I have a really high pain tolerance). She only painted 1 coat of color on one foot but two coats on another and proceeded to be finished. I didn’t plan on not liking the color but it looked nothing like what I had picked from the assortment so I apologetically asked if I could do a pink closer to the display. She proceeded to paint over what she had already done rather than remove the other color. At that point she grabbed another woman working and spoke to her in another language. The women then proceeded to give me a talking to about how short/small my nail beds were. Finally, I noticed the polish bottle said gel when I had booked for a regular pedicure. She used gel polish but did not do a gel curing process.
Onto the manicure… the nail tech began my manicure but stopped to complete other tasks. When returning to my manicure she continued to skip fingers for each part of the process. She skipped a few fingers when filing, she skipped a whole hand buffing… and continued to shorten my already short/small nails to the point they have little uniform shape and borderline hurt.
My grandmother’s experience… was equally unpleasant. The color she chose did not look like the one in the display so she politely asked for a different one. The nail tech removed what was done but did not redo a base coat. She also noticed the polish was a gel bottle but she did not have any gel curing and her appointment was for a regular manicure.
Paying… at the end of our appointments I went to the front desk to pay for the two of us together. I was charged for my appointment and tips with dip. When I inquired why the price was not as expected I was told my grandmother received a certain service with a nail tech she didn’t have. I explained I booked her with X for a regular manicure. Being super confused I asked her if she wanted to look at my grandmother’s nails to confirm (it is clear she does not have tips). After some time she found the woman who did my grandmother’s nails and confirmed the incorrect charge however, she also confirmed the person I booked the appointment with was not who did her nails.
For these reasons I do not recommend this nail salon at all and I am saddened by this experience as I wanted to treat myself and my grandmother before our event in a few days.
