Beautiful community, very quiet. Right by everything you need, and you can't hear a thing despite traffic being right down the street! Most importantly, maintenance is AMAZING. I did have an issue with them at one point, but everyone has their days, right? Maintainence is amazing because they respect my home whenever they enter. They put plastic bags over their shoes because I asked them to not step in my home with their shoes on since it's carpeted everywhere and I like my home clean. They are also very, very friendly (most of them :) ). They get the job done quick, and correctly.

From the application process to picking up my keys PERFECTION! I love my new UPDATED apartment, it’s beautiful. All the amenities are a plus! Staff is informative and always warm and welcoming! :-)

UpdateThey have now "fixed" the door and by fixed they have put wood around it. Making it look way cheaper than it did before. Just white painted 2x4 basically with screws sticking out and not flush or even with the other pieces. They alsi removed the blinds from the previous place and onto the wood but did not re paint the spot were they were.They were also supposed to replace the wheels on the screen door and the slider. They did the slider but not the screen doorSo i appreciate the fact they did actually do something finally. Just not actually solveing the problemI've been dealing with a major leak around the slideing door that has been getting worse and worse over the past month it has been going on.They came out and looked at it the night it started, but that was it. They then came again the next day unannounced to look at it again, but not doing anything about it. They then came again the next day unannounced to look at it and just said it was too wet to do anything about it. We submitted many maintenance requests over time and called the emergency number many times, all for them to just look at it.Most of the time, after a request is submitted, they will just show up randomly with no communication at all, be it 8am or 8pm.They don't let you book a time for them to come they just show up or tell you sometime on whatever day.They also have not informed us of what they will be doing to fix it, when they will, or what they will even be doing to fix it.Communication seems to be something that lackWe had some minor issues when we moved in primarily that the dishwasher was disgusting, stained, mold and rust inside. We expected a new or at least clean dishwasher knowing they informed us that we were getting a renovated kitchen. They did provide us with a brand new dishwasher within a week or so, to remedy that problem.Hopefully, by leaving this review, our current problem will be solved in a timely manner.

Not only were the office staff and maintenance people very nice I felt like I had all the info to decide to rent. I'm very greatful I decided to move here and I'm very happy with my new home.

I’ve lived here for a couple years now and absolutely love it. The area is maintained very well throughout the year, the office is transparent about upcoming events or construction/snow removal. The apartments are walking distance from many businesses and grocery stores. You also have multiple access points to the thruway. Not too far a drive from Boston, MA and the White Mountains up north. The community is great, with plenty of parking available. Fantastic response time for work orders.

I have lived here the last 4 and a half years with my baby girl! We moved here when my little one was a newborn and we have loved living here since! It is a safe, quiet and welcoming community. My toddler loves all of the office ladies and the maintenance workers. She gets so excited when she sees them and I love that they always remember her name. It is comforting living in a community that has such child friendly staff. My favorite part about living here, and my daughters too!:)

Pheasant Run has been a great home! It's remarkably quiet for it's location, which truly cannot be beat. The staff are amazing, always so lovely and ready to help, especially the maintenance staff who are very prompt and professional! The grounds are kept up nicely and I enjoy the pools nearly every day during the summer. The amenities, cleanliness, and privacy make for a very nice place to live.

Dont live here if you enjoy your privacy, ceilings & floors are thin. Tenants are also granted permission from the leasing office to audio record you in your home.

I am writing this objectively and not out of the dissatisfaction that I am currently experiencing…Do not live here if you want to have after hours maintenance.To preface, we keep a clean apartment, no food out, dishes get washed promptly and doors get shut everyday without exception.We recently had mice enter the building (multiple apartments) on a Friday evening through no fault of our own. We put a work order in for urgent maintenance on Friday at 8pm to address this. We have made multiple complaints sent in by a few different residents and 48 hours later the maintenance staff is just coming to assess the situation. When I called the off sight leasing center they were unable to give us alternative accommodations even though they have displaced multiple residents for multiple days. For those that do not know, a landlords failure to assess an “infestation” in a timely manner is illegal accorded to New Hampshire State law.It’s a decent apartment for the price but know that you will not get the assistance you need in the event that you have to call after hours regardless of if you ask the off sight leasing center for assistance.Disappointed…

The inside of the apartments are okay but if you consider the price its a bit too high. And the position of most of apartments isn’t too good. Only few of the apartments would get abundant natural light and sun. Its near to the shopping mall and grocery stores. But it doesn’t add to advantages since most of the errands needs to done by car. Most of the staff are good and polite but something is still missing. If you get a horrible neighbor then nobody helps you. Even the management just nods their head and forget. The maintenance team responds immediately. And I would give them a total thumbs up for that. Only one more additional thing to say is that please include light fixtures inside the bedroom.
