My first and only experience with Peters Honda of Nashua is awful and I will not ever return. I had scheduled two recalls and a hitch, wiring harness and transmission cooler installation for this morning. When I scheduled this over the phone two weeks ago, they asked if I wanted to wait with my car and I mentioned that I can't because I have a dog. They then offered me a rental. I accepted. Come in this morning to pick up the rental and drop off the car and the blonde lady behind the desk at the cashier area, with a snarky attitude, said that no animals are permitted in the rentals. Had I known this prior, I would have made other arrangements for my corgi, especially since I clearly indicated upfront two weeks ago that I had a dog which travels with me and that's why I couldn't wait. Do yourselves a favor and find a better dealership with friendlier people because this place is not that place.

Excellent customer service. Great Service every thing done with professional quality. Eurhy Paulino was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. was excellent and a pleasure to interact with! he is very knowledgeable and will assist you with all of your needs as well as thoughtfully answering each of your questions. He positive demeanor makes everything more enjoyable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

Actually this time my visit was very bad . I will never ever go back againJust a little advice to the peter Nissan manger you should choose your salesmen well. They should be nice to the customers . It isn't the first time to buy a car from peter Nissan. I used to buy all my family cars from there and we do our car services also there . But now I will never recommend this place again to anyone .

Peters has always been very good to me, whether it’s my car being in for service or purchasing a new car. I’m always gone above and beyond for me. I guess that’s why in the last 35 years we’ve purchased our cars only from them.

Peters is a bit out of the way with Autofair close, but the service you get from the first call to walking out the door is PROFOUNDLY A BETTER experience. They were kind, informative, and helpful at every turn. They even washed my car before I picked it up. I will go out of my way every time I need the dealership. Paul my service advisor and even tho everyone is awesome there I'm hoping to utilize him again he was so great!Thank you Peters.. my advice to the public use them and definately stay out of Autofair.

Hard to deal with and prices to high on out right sales. Took us five hours to buy a Rouge. Change our mind on buying a new truck too.

Renovations look terrific! The waiting area is relaxing and comfortable with coffee and snacks. They also have a quiet WiFi work space.

My husband and I were shopping for another Honda Pilot with no luck at any dealerships local to us. We decided on a whim to drive 40 mins north to Peters Honda. In 2014 we purchased a Kia Sportage from Peters Kia (peters Kia is no longer around) and appreciated how wonderful the transaction was. This time around was no different. We were greeted with a kind smile from Andrew B. Who assisted us during the process. He listened to our needs and wants and delivered. Wayne, the finance manager was wonderful in assisting us with the financing process and was thorough in explaining everything to us. Wayne and Andrew were very personable and went above and beyond. We left with a beautiful new to us Honda Pilot that was immaculate and had very low miles (thanks quarantine). Andrew was so kind to show us how to use all of the bells and whistles of this touring edition since our other pilot was very basic. We highly recommend Andrew in sales who even came in on his day off to ensure we had our vehicle that day to come home with us. Thank you Peters Honda!

Always have good experiences there. The staff greet you when you enter and go out of their way to make sure you get the best service possible. The mechanics so good work and it It is reasonably priced.

Spoke with Joe and Terry about a car. Joe completely ignored me and treated me like a child, and I believe it was because I was a woman and he spoke to my father rather than me, the person actually paying for and buying the car. After finding a car I liked, I put money down. They then found that they didn't have the title, despite the car being on their lot for weeks. I decided to wait and four weeks later, they kept pushing out the title arrival. I wouldn't fault them if it was a one off occurrence, but my parents bought a car last year and had an identical experience, with it taking 5 weeks to get the title. When I went to get my down payment back, I was treated unkindly and coldly. Overpriced and unprofessional

Sometimes they want to market adjustment, sometimes they don't...I don't think there are any times where it's reasonable though.I was trying to like them on personality but really I think shopping on price is the way to go

What an awesome experience! Some of the nicest people I have encountered at a dealership in a long time. Tim was excellent to work with. He was not pushy and he was very understanding and honest. Everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and working with each other. Overall such a refreshing and positive experience I can’t recommend them enough!!

Just bought a car here two days ago. Called the business and told them I was interested in a car they had online. They had everything ready when I got there, and the whole process took about twenty minutes before I was pulling out of the lot.

For the love of God, please replace the female co-narrorator on your commercials. I'd rather scrub my face with a cheese grater than listen to her voice again.
