Morgan in service is amazing!!! This is my first experience with bringing a car to a dealership for repairs, was always afraid of cost, but Peters Nissan of Nashua has a lifelong customer out of me. Could not be happier with this entire process and the customer service I was given-I’m a hairstylist at an high-end salon, so service and how people are treated and is incredibly important to me. Morgan went above and beyond, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I hope he understands how much I appreciate this. Was able to get a loaner car which is imperative for my hour long commute to work and my son as a single mom I have no help, Peters Nissan came to my rescue. Can’t thank everyone enough, I hope Morgan gets the recognition he so deserves..THANK YOU PETERS!!!!

As always the service was excellent. It's hard to rate surpassed my expectations when my expectations are so high coming in. I have become a once a year customer since I am only driving about 5000 miles a year but I am always treated as if they see me several times a year.Very satisfied!

I love Peters of Nashua, they were helpful, efficient, and professional. I found the vehicle I looked at online. And was able to buy and process in a very timely manner. The personal touches and helpful notifications assisted my person in the whole process.

On October 29th I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Christopher Theriault was my sales person. All the staff (Chris, Sales Manager and F&I Manager) were wonderful to work with. This was my first purchase at Peters and I was beyond satisfied! Well done gentlemen !!

Although i did not buy my Nissan here, i come back to the service dept any time i need anything. Morgan is always there to help with a smile. The vehicle is always returned to me promptly and well taken care of. they make getting your car serviced easy instead of a hassle.

From start to finish, Josh Santos made us feel comfortable; he's very knowledgeable, confident and has a great sense of humor. Mike in Finance was just as nice, professional and was extremely helpful. My 75 year old mother has leased 2 cars from Peter's Honda and Joe Orlando is the reason why I bought my Rogue at Peter's. Peter's of Nashua made buying a car painless and completely stress free! Thank you! We love our new 2023 Rogue!

I was in a car accident 9/10 and my car ended up being totaled. After waiting weeks for the claim to be settled and was finally able to start looking for a new car, I had originally wanted to get a car of the same make and model that I had but had a bad experience while attempting to do so. I then decide to branch out and came to Peter’s in Nashua. I worked with Andy here and he couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding of the situation I was in. He got me in the car I had been looking at prior to coming and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t be happier!

Ultimately I did not make a purchase, but my experience with Peters Nissan (specifically Josh Santos) was extremely pleasant! I currently drive a RAV4 and decided to stick with Toyota despite having to wait. I was considering a Nissan Rogue as an alternative and Josh was very pleasant, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and he and Tom worked with me to present a deal that was fair. Again, I chose to stick with what I know (Toyota) but I really enjoyed working with Josh and test driving the 2023 Rogue. I will consider this dealership and a Rogue when car shopping in the future.

I have been a customer of Peter’s for over 40 years. Each time I have leased and/or purchased a Nissan vehicle it has been a good experience. The sales staff, Cheryl Tinkham and her group are the best. This time we had Joshua Santos. He was great. They make it easy and enjoyable. Kim in finance was wonderful also.

I absolutely dislike Peters of Nissan in Nashua NH, especially the distasteful customer service skills. They assume you're at fault before even looking into anything before hand. Ive had countless issues and disagreements every single time I go in for service over the last 7 years, it just progressively gets worse each time.The first time I can clearly remember is when I brought my car in to get serviced, when it was done no one ever called me to inform me to pick it up. The gentleman I dealt with just went home. I had to call the next door dealership to have someone walk over to Peters of Nissan (since they were closed at this point) to find out what had happened with my car. My husband and I have complete opposite schedules and I had a newborn at home. There's no way I can go without a car with a newborn at home, comes to find out my car had been done and the gentlemen just left to go home, this has happened twice with the same gentleman.The next occurrence was when I went in to get my radio checked out, it was completely shutting off my car no matter where I was. Middle of the highway, using the GPS, etc. I called to see if I needed a new radio (since it's covered under my deductible), they took my car never told me any updates the whole 90 mins I was waiting and sent me a bill through a text message while I was waiting outside. When I went in to address this since I didn't give the go ahead to get the GPS"update" (which didn't fix anything), they said they couldn't stop the update since it had already started and charged me $160.NOW, I went in yesterday for a state inspection sticker, they failed me for a fog light and wanted to charge me $162 to replace it and a side marker light "that was acting funny" said by the mechanic himself in front of me. They wanted to charge me $40 for not wanting to get my lights changed out by them. In the middle of discussing why I'm not going to pay $40 for nothing being done to my car, the manger came out to argue with me more and how I absolutely had to pay it for pass or fail inspections. Not once did anyone take the time to check my profile to see I have free inspection stickers for the life of the car. Once this was brought to light, everyone seemed to be so much nicer. Hm.I will NEVER go back to Peters of Nissan in Nashua NH Again. I will NEVER buy another car from them and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER give them business because they treat they're customers like trash!

Fantastic service from the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up our vehicle!! Ryan Reynolds assisted us with our needs throughout the repair process and kept everything extremely clear and easy to understand! This was the best experience I have had yet at Peter's Nissan. The gentleman that help me out was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment for an oil change and that is what was done.

I find Peters Nissan to be customer focused. In addition, to completing my oil change they did a very nice job in washing and vacuuming my car. Their scheduling was accommodating.

I am very satisfied with the service area at Peters Nissan ALWAYS! Ryan Reynolds is a GREAT service advisor and stays in communication and goes above and beyond. Definitely a great employee to have represent this great company. Ryan is always upfront honest and gives me the best and worst case scenarios of what to expect. I will always bring my Nissan here for its services. keep up the great work.
