I tried to buy a new CRV here and they told me it would cost me more to get the color of my choice. Went to Auto Fair Manchester, NH and got exactly what I wanted with awesome customer service to boot.

My first and only experience with Peters Honda of Nashua is awful and I will not ever return. I had scheduled two recalls and a hitch, wiring harness and transmission cooler installation for this morning. When I scheduled this over the phone two weeks ago, they asked if I wanted to wait with my car and I mentioned that I can't because I have a dog. They then offered me a rental. I accepted. Come in this morning to pick up the rental and drop off the car and the blonde lady behind the desk at the cashier area, with a snarky attitude, said that no animals are permitted in the rentals. Had I known this prior, I would have made other arrangements for my corgi, especially since I clearly indicated upfront two weeks ago that I had a dog which travels with me and that's why I couldn't wait. Do yourselves a favor and find a better dealership with friendlier people because this place is not that place.

$8,000 for a 120,000 mile Honda is NOT a wholesale price--according to your "Wholesale Pricing" system. Those cars are bought in lots from a wholesaler/auctions and forced on us "AS-IS", so you take your chances for NOT wholesale prices.bad dog...

The shifter button broke on my CR-V, so I called Peters Honda. They were very acccomodating regarding appointment times and took me in promptly. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and they replaced the broken part promptly. I was very surprised that the repair was very cheap. I'm pleased with thier service department. My first time there as I bought this car when I lived in MA some years ago. The waiting area was very pleasant and comfortable.

My friend bought her 2019 Honda Civic from here and brought her vehicle in for a recall, for the right front tire and the right rear tire replaced and also have the heat shield fixed. She also asked for them to make sure there was nothing further wrong with the vehicle as it was due for inspection. Peter's had the vehicle for 2 weeks and when we picked the vehicle up the heat shield was on the ground under the vehicle. Had to crawl under to secure to get home. Nobody advised if the vehicle need any other service and a multipoint inspection was never done. She tried to contact the service manager John several times and he did not return phone calls. The right rear tire is missing the wheel lock and both center caps are missing on tires also and the heat shield came off while driving. She was able to speak with John today after being told to call back on Monday because he was not in. we then requested to speak to someone higher up and John got on the phone after "not being there" being rude and disrespectful. He was asked if it was safe to drive without the lock on the wheel and he stated "that's you're choice". John mentioned "oh I seen the survey you gave us". I will never service with peters again or buy from them. They are awful and so isn't their service team!

Everytime I've come here for parts, they're marked up 25-30% compared to other local Honda dealers. $75 for a set of rear brake pads, $42-50 at other Honda dealers near the area. Call for pricing first before wasting your gas!

Great experience. As a young female who knows nothing about cars, I dread bringing mine in for service. However, here they are respectful and professional. My car was ready at the promised time, and the staff was attentive and even taught me how to reset a faulty warning light for the future. If I hadn't moved out of state shortly after my visit, I would happily be a customer for life.

I bought my vehicle from this dealership 6 months ago. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a free inspection because that's what I was told at the time of purchase. My car is in perfect condition. My good friend has an auto mechanic shop and I stop in from time to time to have it checked. Today, The mechanic, Dave Lamb, called and said it failed inspection. That I needed to have brakes replaced. My brakes are in good condition. They are promising free inspection and failing vehicles in order to get you to give them lots of money for parts and service. So dishonest. I refused to have anything replaced by them. I will NEVER go back to Peters to purchase a car or have it serviced. They are using bait and switch. If you want honesty, go elsewhere!!!! I took it to another mechanic after leaving and he said let me guess, Peters. Apparently they have a reputation for this.Update-I just went and picked up my car from the place I took it to after leaving Peters. The mechanic said the brakes were fine and my car passed inspection. I am in disbelief that Peters would do this to people.

I don't always come here to get routine maintenance (because my local mechanic is so much cheaper) but when I do, I have a great experience. A few times in the past I was told I needed certain work done, only to find out later by my mechanic that it could have waited or I did not need it at all. But overall, service and the staff are very friendly! I get coupons in the mail all the time for an oil change or other services. Also, a complimentary car wash is included with service. I recommend Peter's if you don't trust local auto shops and prefer a dealership. I bought my Honda here years ago and have been nothing but satisfied!

I went in for NH inspection on my 2007 CRV. The previous month I took my car to a leading Massachusetts Honda Dealer, where I had purchased the CRV new. They have done 100% of the service work on my CRV since then. I told then I needed a New Hampshire inspection and to make sure the CRV was in perfect shape. They did and wrote up a report affirming such. When I brought it to Peters they flunked the test for among other things a leaky shock absorber, something that is not even on the list of items to check for inspection and a steering leak. They wanted to charge me over fifteen hundred. This place is a rip off. This a perpetrating a fraud. Telling someone that you need a part when you don't is fraudulent. I writing to the executive management of Honda, the Governor's office, and my attorney. Someone has got to put a stop to this scam. My Honda was in perfect shape as attested to by another Inspection station which immediately pasted it with flying colors.I will never bring my Honda to Peters again, I will not buy my next Honda at Peters and I will communicate to everyone I know what a rip off this place is. DON'T USE SERVICE AT PETERS !!!!

Wow this place really truly does suck never again will I buy a car truck from here or for that matter have them do service on my vechicle again , now I needed new tires for my cr-v and I got a better deal somewhere else so I went to have my new tires put on and they couldn't fine the key to take my wheels off, well your monkeys were the last people that used the key . So this is how they get you to keep coming back and ripping you off so to get the right key 4 weeks wow it was your monkeys that list the key when I came in for an oil change and rotate my tires your people kept the key .

I bought a used Nissan Rogue from Peters. I have been taking it there ever since. First oil change was free. All inspections are free. I had two minor post-sale issues and both were addressed promptly. Jeff Levesque goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. I have been extremely satisfied with their service, prices, and quality of work. The third day after taking possession of my new vehicle I was hit in the rear by an inattentive driver. Minor body damage so I took it to Peter's for an estimate. For some reason, my insurance company insisted I take it elsewhere for the repairs since they work with their own repair companies for convenience sake. I did. The repair was $200 more than Peter's had estimated. I have been consistently pleased with Jeff Levesque and my entire experience with Peters service. They have earned my trust and my business.

So this is my first time in for an oil change on my CRV I purchased here a few months ago. When I made the appointment I was told it would be an hour wait. So I'm still here and it's been 2 hours 15 minutes and I'm still waiting. I asked someone to check and got a quick apology about a mishap with paperwork and something went wrong. I'm losing my patience as time is too valuable to be sitting here this long for an oil change supposedly they clean your car too... that wasn't done either

Update to my service experience. I went in for my appointment. Explained most of the items I had for issues and they addressed them all. They kept e informed as the time went on and how it was going, which I appreciated. So I have given them a couple additional stars. There was never a reason as to why they never responded to my 2 calls for them to call me in the previous 2 weeks of the appointment, so this is why they are still unable to achieve maximum stars from me.
