Wish I could give zero stars. this place is an absolute joke. You wait seven hours to get four tires changed and then they won't do your alignment correctly. They'll hand you the paper with multiple things in the red which is not where it should be. I had to go to somewhere else to get it. They claim they've offered multiple times to pay for it, but they did once and who's gonna go somewhere after complaining and not feeling comfortable in the location. I'd recommend staying away from this location as the manager clearly doesn't know how to run the shop correctly. Spend the extra money at a reputable place like Nashua tire. They'll do a better job. they had to cancel my appointment the first time because supposedly the staff was sick. Why would you take my car in if you knew you couldn't get to it? waited five hours the first day for them to tell me they couldn't get to it and then I had to reschedule. That's terrible customer service I've been in for over 10 years and we can't get to something we're honest upfront. That's the on turn manager and the company not the staff. I will never go back to any Pep Boys location because of this..

The staff is really good here. My car needed a new battery. I called a number of places and the price they offered ($199 for 3 year warranty installed) was the lowest. I also got in early for my appointment. They have a great waiting area. I had an issue with car radio after change of battery. Scott (the technician) was not only good @explaining the issue but also helped me resolve it. I had to take my car in couple of times to get it fixed but that was not due to Scott (or Pep Boys). My car needed a code and it took time to get it. Pep Boys never charged for those extra visits.

I show up at 8:45 for an Appt for 9am to put tires on...first off..the people here out front have horrible attitudes... 30 minutes later still not in... finally the car gets brought in and I look through the window and they are inspecting my engine and everything else ...... I came in to put my tires on ... A 1hr at the most procedure and over 2 hrs later still not done... I will never recommend pepboys to anyone for anything... Not even a spark plug.

I ordered tires online and had them shipped here for installation and alignment. They were able to get everything done as planned, and were super easy to work with.

Slowest oil change ever. They offered a coupon for full synthetic but appt made and still sat waiting over an hour and a half.

i bought my car from a private sale and it was a basically brand new car. i brought it in to get it inspected and i made an appointment a week prior, there was two people that’s appointment were after mine and they got taken before me and done before me. once my car was done he told me my car didn’t pass inspection due to it needing new break pads and a whole new headlight. it seemed suspicious because the car was basically brand new and my boyfriend knows a lot about cars. i took it to another high end place and they told me that the car is in perfect condition and they were confused on why i was told i needed new break pads and a new headlight. do not get your car inspected here

Tech didn't know the diffrnce between 4 wheel drive vehicle and 2 wheel drive vehicle. Turned away my service to have my husband call when I got home for the manager to tell me to come back and ultimately the tech to be wrong.Tech very argumentative, not listening to the customer. Telling.me.my title was wrong and he was right for him ultimately to be wrong and my car be taken in

Good service at the shop, but cold waiting area, and my appointment through Tire Rack changed from "waiting" to "drop off", which could have been an issue if the other appointment hadn't been a no-show.

Takes twice the time as expected. Need to wait for parts from a parts store from across the street but still takes almost an hour to get parts.

Had to buy a whole new tire when I got a screw lodged into it it was too close to the edge. They ordered me a tire set up a date for me to install it I was in and out of there in 60 minutes

I like the customer service here, staff is friendly and helpful and text notifications are awesome. I recommend having an appointment to have work done because they are busy during the sales they have. Good price for tires.

Had new tires installed and got the vehicle back with psi 10 lbs below pressure. Had a vibration driving on the highway. Went to someone else and found that 3 of the 4 tires needed to be rebalanced.
