Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this bank. They got 1.8 stars at Manchester location and 2 stars at Nashua location which says it all. The bank manager at this branch Ivanna is very uncooperative and disrespectful and doesn't know clearly on how to do her job. She has no info on what documents need on account opening etc. She tells you one thing over the phone and when u go and prove your identity, she calls after and says there is one more ID that is needed. She clearly doesn't know how to do her job. She deserves to be fired. This bank will soon be out of business anyways and she will be unemployed regardless. I hope she loses her job soon. I also heard from a couple people after that the bank ate their money. BE AWARE

The customer service here has gone down hill drastically in the past year or so..... when Debbie was at this branch before she moved to the Derry branch, it was run much better with the highest level of customer care.... now not so much.

Very bad customer service takes 10 minutes to acknowledge you. 1/2 hour to deposit money is rediculas. I will use the merrimack bank from now on they are much more on top of things and better customer service. Drive thru is horrible that's all I have done. Wont ever go inside. You need new employees there at this location. They suck here.

I've been with them since they were ocean national bank and I have no issues. The people inside this location have always been very nice.

seriously. worse bank ever. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND BANK ELSEWHERE. if you enjoy using your card and your transactions not being processed for over a week and your account not reflecting that then by all means bank here. OTHERWISE seriously there are a ton of other banks. pick a different one. one with free checking and no fees to just have a damn checking account.
