Great customer service- they carry most of the brands I like and will add a stock item to their shelf for me if they don’t already carry it. I’ve been in business 5 years now and no other supply house has done that for me. Highly recommend

Shipped us a broken piece. Took us 3 calls and 5 emails to find out that they have a new unit but they refused to ship it because "they already shipped it to us" even though they are responsible. We are completely without a shower and they are refusing to help.

Excellent experience with Peabody Supply Nashua when I was remodeling my bathroom. They helped me pick out good quality Kohler fixtures that matched my budget and had everything delivered for free just a couple days later. Highly recommend!

I had a tankless hot water heater that was under warranty. Although they did not sell my specific model they were willing to work with me and the manufacture to get it replaced. They charged a very reasonable fee for the paper work and distribution..... I love the fact that companies are so helpful even though they know i won't be buying a lot in the future... but i tell all my construction friends to look them up.
