Great customer service- they carry most of the brands I like and will add a stock item to their shelf for me if they don’t already carry it. I’ve been in business 5 years now and no other supply house has done that for me. Highly recommend

Shipped us a broken piece. Took us 3 calls and 5 emails to find out that they have a new unit but they refused to ship it because "they already shipped it to us" even though they are responsible. We are completely without a shower and they are refusing to help.
