I would be negligent in my moral duties if I did not take the time to give a shout out to George Stergion, Realtor at Pat Clancey Realty. My daughter and I were driven to find the perfect business location for our doggy daycare. This was a huge undertaking with seemingly insurmountable obstacles such as planning board, zoning board, abutters, financing, renovations, and site plans. George not only attended every meeting, promptly answered every call/text/email, delivered status updates, and provided moral support, but also became a friend of our family. Just when we were ready to give up on finding that perfect location, George’s calm, yet funny, demeanor helped us hang in there a bit longer. Pat has been a wonderful asset to our family while selling a home that has been vacant for 20 years, and not cared for. The house was sadly a dumping ground of belongings and garbage for a family member, and became hoarded out. It was unlivable. We had no idea what to do. Thank goodness for Pat!!She stepped up right away to explain the process of cleaning up the home, extracting any valuable items and how/what we could do for the sale. In just one weekend we had 10 offers on a house we thought we would be unable to sell! Pat has been so supportive, has explained our options every step of the way, and has treated us with respect and compassion. The Mercer family is so fortunate to have her through this trying time. Pat is a wonderful and supportive agent. My family owns a home in Nashua that has been vacant for 20 years and used as a dumping ground for garbage, cans, old clothing, etc. for a family member. It was a horror when we went in, we could not even walk it was so cluttered and full of garbage. We needed masks to breath.
Thanks to Pat we were able to list the house as a hoarder house and have professionals come in to assess the issues. In one weekend we got over 10 cash offers on the house which was beyond our wildest expectations. Pat is beyond amazing. She is a total class act and my family is so fortunate to have her support.
