Very poor customer service:- fitting rooms always closed or backed up because they only want to leave one open- many clothes are labeled as on sale but aren’t- staff is confused and does not understand their own sales/dealsMultiple times my wife has been about to buy something but hasn’t because of one of these above reasons. Done trying to make this Pacsun location work.

Best place in the mall! The employee are extremely helpful. They helped me figure out my situation when I was befaffled with my online order. They acted right away to help me straighten things out. I trust the employees with their attentiveness

I saw the exact pair of pants I have been looking for, but when I asked to use the fitting room the workers denied me. It was around 4 pm when I came in and they said all fitting room was closed. They didn’t bother explain or say anything. Every single clothing store that I had been to before Pacsun has their fitting room open.

Bought a couple of brandy Melville items from this location. When I got home I noticed the belt I bought was not in my bag but I had payed for it. I called and got the manager and he was very rude and unapologetic especially bc this mall is a half hour drive away from me.

Extremely poor customer service from employee cheyanne who approached my son and said what are you taking a picture of. He said I'm not I'm texting. I thought that was odd but didn't say anything. A little while later I asked for a price check on a sweatshirt. She literally looked at the tag and told me the price. I said I could of done that, I wanted to know if it was on sale. I walked away and I could hear her talking about me to the other cashier. I went back to the counter and asked if there was a problem because you first approached my son about using his phone and then was super annoyed I asked for a price check. She said we dont allow customers to take pictures of our clothes or employees because they have famous people who work there. I must of missed where its posted you cant take pics in this store. But this employee should be ashamed of herself for how rude and unprofessional she is. She should find a different career path because customer service is not for her.

I walked in and was texting people and the worker named Shyanne comes over saying "what are you taking pictures of?" And I say "nothing". So then my mom asks for a price on a shirt and the worker just reads the tag and then starts talking about her with her other co-worker.

They need a better variety of clothing for girls that are not a size 1. Not all girls can wear or want to wear half shirts and crop sweaters! Almost all their tops are short. They need more regular length tops and t-shirts for all size girls
