Went in for a front end check. I showed up on time for my appointment and was asked to come back an hour later because they were behind. I did leave my keys though as I planned to be at the mall for a few hours.Despite how busy they supposedly were, I got a call before the time they had asked me to come back, and I was told I needed new tires. The tech told me my 2 year old tires were 4 years old, but I trusted the diagnosis because I had been there before.I had to wait for them to order the same tires I had, so I went back the following Wednesday. I got a call when they were done... but also that they had to replace all four TPMS sensors? The caps were off the stems for 2 weeks while I was troubleshooting, but all four seized...Suspicious, but okay?...and then I had the exact same problem on the drive home. I realized later I received no diagnostic information from them on the front end check at all. I'm not sure they even took my vehicle out on the road. Not going back for a second failed diagnosis.If you just want tires, maybe they are fine... otherwise, go somewhere else.

Went in for a tire rotation. They pulled me right in. Knocked out the swap and had me out the door in no time! Manager rocked, service tech rocked. Great crew!

Was able to get a last minute appointment and staff was amazingly friendly, fix my valve stem issue quickly! This is the second time I've been blown away by their service and I'll never go elsewhere for tire service as long as I live in southern NH!

They didn't actually have the correct rotors on hand for my car, so Jimmy, who I believe is the lead tech, went to the store himself to pick up the right ones and even stayed late to finish the job! That is great customer service.

They got me much better tires for a reasonable cost and got me in and out in less than 30 min. I had a bubble in my sidewall and was nervous of a blowout. They know their tires and gave me a much stronger tire to replace me old one. They also are freindly and gave options freely
