Review updated: Everything went just as we were told by Soni, and we couldn't be more pleased. We got a new countertop and backsplash, and they look beautiful. Very happy with Soni and Norfolk Kitchen and Bath! Initial review: Greeted at the door by very friendly Sara who asked me how she could help and then did just that. Very nice showroom with lots of samples. My initial visit was so positive that I asked to speak to a design consultant. An appointment was scheduled, and I received an immediate email confirmation. Sara explained the process, and explained what information I needed to get together for the consult. We met with Soni, super helpful, and we decided to schedule the project. I'll update this review after the installation is complete, but so far, very pleased with this company.

My kitchen remodel experience with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath of Nashua is 5 star. Soni the Master of design for me, LOVE my kitchen. Jeff, project manager always kept me informed about the process, AWESOME. The team of professional tradesmen: Marty (carpenter), Grant, Mason & Taylor (electricians) & last but not least Joe (plumbing). All of these men represent Norfolk Kitchen and Bath with excellent ? service. I recommend NK &B highly, again 5 ⭐. Thank you all for each of your parts equaling 100% satisfaction.

Norfolk designed and put in the kitchen at our new build home. The experience with Dave on the design was fantastic. Marty and Tyler from the install team and everyone at Norfolk made our experience great. Out of all the vendors we worked with during the build Norfolk was by far the best.

Last year I started the process of redesigning my kitchen. The people at the Nashua location were friendly, encourage questions, informative, and brought a realism to the ideas I wanted to accomplish. A lot of decisions where lift up to me given the information provided. Soni did an awesome job designing my kitchen. The cabinets were installed by two awesome guys: Lee and Tyler. I interacted with them during the process and enjoyed watching them work. They did a fantastic job. I’m ecstatic with how the turned out. I chose two different colors based on how the sun shines into the kitchen. It looks incredible. I highly recommend Norfolk for kitchen and bathroom redesign.

Nicole was my designer and my install team of Lee and Tyler. I having nothing bad to say about these wonderful folks. Nicole took my ideas and vision and brought it to paper and a computer image. Lee and Tyler worked perfectly together, putting our dreams of having an oversized island in our near expanded kitchen. We are very pleased with the friendly staff and final product that Norfolk- Nashua provided for our laundry room cabinet install project. Nicole was very patient with all our questions over several months and her expertise combined with her ability to ask all the right questions helped deliver exactly what we envisioned. We couldn’t have asked for better installers with Lee & Tyler as well. They were friendly, prompt, and professional as they were installing the cabinets and always asked the important questions along the way. Very patient with all my questions and small requests. Last but not least Jenna greeted us with a smile each time we visited the showroom and thanked us for the visit as we left. We were very impressed with her kindness. All around top notch experience. We will most certainly contact Norfolk- Nashua for our next cabinet project.

Incredible experience with Norfolk. From our first visit with Mariah, it was no stress. We had an extremely difficult kitchen to work with, uneven floors and all, and the install was perfect. Highly recommended!Service: Kitchen countertop installation

I had a great experience. This is my 4th time using Norfolk Nashua. All the way through the process... Soni is a great kitchen designer. Easy to work with. Don is the project manager. Great coordinator, keeping me informed from delivery to completion of the cabinets. That said... the Install Team, Lee and Tyler were awesome. Morning, I was in need of a design and purchase new kitchen cabinets and counter top. I went to the Nashua and ran into Soni.Soni did a great job laying out the design. He walked me through the various cabinet styles and the materials for a counter top.I took the info home to consider and evaluate the info. Went back and sat with Soni again and finalized the design, cabinets, colors and counter top material.Overall Soni was always courteous, understanding AND made some great suggestions. Great job by Soni and Norfolk!Thank you

I cannot recommend Soni at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Nashua, NH highly enough. He was so patient with me during my kitchen design. Soni is very knowledgable in his role as a designer and gave me so many suggestions I had never thought of. We worked together to design my dream kitchen. I could not be happier with the results.
