I feel as if this childcare has gone downhill. The staff retention has been a major issue above the other things we have noticed like the classrooms and education pieces not where they should be.While I may not be aware of what happens behind the scenes and the story of each employee, it cannot be ignored that staff retention is suffering major at this center. We have watched so many amazing teachers leave cross all age groups and even the center director that stepped down and left. This has me questioning what is happening at the center, andwhat is causing to create such turnover and inconsistency. We have shared these concerns with the new director and have yet to even get a response. It is my hope that with this review it leads to reflections into what is creating this issue and actionable changes; it cannot be blamed on the teachers when so many are deciding to leave for the same reasons.

Constant classroom closings. Only positive is that they are refunding for the days that they are closing the classroom. Very difficult as a working parent to constantly have to find alternative care due to the centers poor staffing.

Nashua KinderCare has been a great center for us. We had experience in the toddler room and always felt that our child was safe, cared for and loved. We got detailed reports in both the app and in person. The toddler teachers took care in noticing every child's unique needs. The daily activities made a difference in our child's development. He picked up so much expressive language in the first month alone.Ms. Kathleen is the lead teacher in our son's room. She has been amazing and warm. Mr. Jeff and Ms. Dacey were also wonderful providers. I would recommend this center without hesitation to anyone looking for a home away from home for their little one.

I have been very pleased with my experience at this KinderCare location. My daughter has been enrolled for years. We have loved all of her teachers and the administration. The staff is kind, patient, helpful and responsive. My daughter enjoys going each day and has learned so much from their curriculum. She has also developed nice friendships.

We are very lucky to have found the Nashua Kindercare team. From communication in the app to his infant teacher being amazing...just feel lucky to coparent with this crew.

I can't say enough about the staff taking care of infants at Kindercare Nashua. Not only does my son comes home clean and fed everyday (the essentials, right?), but I get daily pictures of him participating in activities indoors and outdoors. The staff often ask about what I'm doing at home with him so they can continue our routine while he's at daycare:-)Not a morning goes by where he is greeted by name and a smile. As first-time parents, this has been invaluable.I highly recommend.

Sadly this location is not pleasant. The AD Stephanie is rude and has no idea how to communicate, her assistant is clueless as well. I’ve called three times and have been hung up. The price for care is ridiculous and have been told by other parents that attend the care is awful.

To be clear, I didnt send my child here after communicating extensively with the management. The problem seems to be that info doesn't flow well here, and the management has questionable ethics. First. I took a tour, and there was actual availability, when most other daycare are full. I got an email from "corporate" inviting me to try a free day. I called several times and emailed the promo several times, and finally they get back to me saying "there's no availability". I'm beyond frustrated at this point because I wasted a lot of time, and they wouldn't admit that they didn't know about the promo. Because management was dishonest, I would not send my child here

We love Kindercare!! They have been nothing but patient and loving and helpful with us. They have gone above and beyond in helping us with our twins and their different learning needs. A special shoutout to Nicole who on her own helped us push to get one of them the extra help he will need and assuring us that she will be right there with him when we cant. I cannot say enough with how much kindercare as a whole is just a wonderful caring facility.Thank you theTherrien Family

Terrible bookkeeping. The ledger was not kept track of well; mom and dad were supposed to split costs but they sent the balance to dad. The director at the time Annie was terrible.. If you have a custody arrangement good luck!!!

Enrolling my daughter as an infant (she’s 9 months) and watching her progress here at KinderCare has been a great experience for me! I love all the staff who give the same attention to all the students they provide education too. The socialization activities and group work has also shaped my daughters mind into forming a well rounded persona for later years. The daily notes and updates with pictures put my mind so much at ease when I’m at work.I’m so glad I chose KinderCare for her early education ☺️

I absolutely love this school and all the teachers. They have an amazing ability to help my son grow in all ways. The teachers are very dedicated to teaching. I would give them a thousand stars if I could. I highly recommend this school If you want your child to have a wonderful start to their schooling.
