From the very moment I walked onto Kia's lot, I was lucky enough to get a guy named Sebatian.....let me tell you, this guy went above & beyond the means of his job! He was nothing but smiles & humbleness the entire time. He was full of great conversations, & his knowledge shined through for every question I threw at him! He brought the entire team into our negotiations, making ABSOLUTE SURE that I was leaving happy & satisfied! The day was scolding hot, I tried several times to just leave because I didn’t want anything on their lot. They would not allow me to walk away! The car I wanted…they wouldn’t sell me because my credit was FAIR. I spent seven hours in the hot parking lot telling my friend LET’S JUST GO. No waters were offered, we were dying of sweat. I’ve never had an issue w getting a car, because my credit was not HORRIBLE. I did think it was strange though, that KIA FORCED ME INTO HAVING A CO SIGNER , especially with the history I had with paying off my cars in full, and I had just paid my car that they tried so hard to take from me off a year prior to this day…. But I wanted a newer car, so seven awful hot hours later.. i agreed on-a car they kept pushing on me, and we both signed. Afterwards, he guided me through how to use the features, & even up until our very last moment as customer & employee, he made it known that I could contact him at any time for anything! And to enjoy the vehicle to the fullest! They said everything was approved w the bank they chose and we’ll talk soon.
Fast forward to after that day…I had nothing but horrible experiences one day after another. About a week after I drove off the lot, I was called and told I needed to come down and resign a contract because the bank didn’t accept. I went there, signed, and drove off again, this time they told me they’d call me when a bank that they approved of and liked would take on my second contract. They adored me I was safe w the vehicle. They showed up TWO more times at my job, unannounced, during dinner rush, to resign TWO more contracts! I kept asking why so many contracts and where’s the guy that originally sold me the car? They said he’s no longer w the company, I had about five different employees names in my phone by then, and so many texts from different employees claiming they were working hard to solve this so called problem w a bank. I was so stressed by then, it was 8 MONTHS LATER!!!!!!
I tried so hard to reach anyone besides those 5 different employees that were giving me nothing but different stories and runaround it was gut wrenching. I was never called back. And let me tell you, EIGHT MONTHS into driving this KIA, I was piling up car payments BECAUSE NONE OF THESE GUYS KNEW WHERE I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND MY PAYMENTS! 8 months later and 4 CONTRACTS LATER….i was ready to sue. I had been so stressed out and so harassed daily by anyone and everyone in that company, all begging me to just remain calm they would figure out what was going on. I decided to do my own research after this and called the bank they originally said they applied at for me but declined... This bank claimed they accepted from DAY one and had cut KIA a check during that week! And that I was 8 months behind! They also couldn’t answer why I was getting SANTANDER (another bank) bills for the car in both me and my co-signers names!
So I called and got both banks on the line at once. They both cut checks that very same week and I now owed both banks for eight months! Nobody could explain it! I was raging mad, and KIA STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS. I called the BBB and a lawyer. Even with the BBB on my side with them sending KIA deadline letters, to fix my credit and the two banks issue, they ignored! I still haven’t figured out what to do till this day. I will NEVER GO BACK TO KIA EVER AGAIN! Worst year of my life! Buying a new car should’ve made me happy. When I arrived around 1pm on a Sunday afternoon 8/8/21 there wasn’t a customer in sight. I did notice two people in an office, both sitting down. I thought maybe it was a sales conversation so I patiently waited. Turned out to be two associates chatting with one another and completely ignoring me. After inquiring about two different vehicles I was informed that one was on hold for the owner that was displayed in the show room and the other was listed online for one price but then when I looked at the window sticker it said a different. I asked why that would be and he said it’s market adjustment. I completely understand the market is hot right now but I am a firm believer in being up front and honest about your prices. The FTC prohibits those acts and protects consumers from deceptive advertising. When I explained to him I wasn’t willing to pay more than what the sticker price was listed at, he (Dakota) said to me “ it’s not what your start at right, it’s where you end.” I said absolutely not, it’s dishonest I will never go back there. I will be sure to share my experiences elsewhere and with other potential buyers. Now I understand why no one else was there.

Very sketchy dealership. Make sure you get everything discussed written before agreeing to anything. Main lady there was very unhelpful and didn't really any questions we had about leasing a vehicle (we always financed so we were new to leasing) would never go here again to buy a car . Others also mention how empty this place is and the wait is ridiculous anyways.

Heidi was amazing, answered all my questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to help my mother get exactly what she wanted. Couldn't be happier with how my very old mother was treated. Highly recommend.

Heidi is fantastic! She is fun and kind and nice and knowledgeable with no pressure and recommended the right car at the right trim package and price and did not oversell to me. She asked all the right questions and was very patient with my crazy schedule.
I could not be happier with my choice of car, dealership and most importantly that Heidi is my person at Kia of Nashua! You won’t be sorry if you work with Heidi!

Friends of our bought a new Kia at Kia Nashua from Heidi Moisan and had a great experience. We went up an bought one as well. Heidi was so personable, easy to deal with and made choosing the right vehicle easy. We took delivery the next day and she hooked up our phone and made sure we new everything about the new vehicle. I highly recommend both Heidi Moison and Kia Nashua.

Peter’s Nissan advertises a fast charger for electric vehicles on PlugShare, yet has the power turned off so no one can use it. So I drove to Nashua Kia and they made their charger available for public use! RHANK YOU! You saved me in a pinch and I’ll definitely remember you when my lease is up and I’m ready for my next vehicle. Thank you for supporting the EV community. It isn’t going unnoticed!

You need to put in deposit in ordered to get any test drive for Sportage Hybrid model when arriving. They do sell quickly . It's the only way during 2023. Thank you for their help , knowledge, and expertise . Happy New Year in 2024.
