I just want to say Darlene at service. Has always been fantastic, she always does her best to handle any concerns I've had and service is always done in a timely manner. I've even seen her handle rude customers who are very unreasonable with totally professionalism. I rather deal with someone with Darlene 10 times out of 10 when it comes to my service and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Turned in a lease and bought another one through them gave them $5000 and they said everything is all nothing else is owed 30 days later we get a notice saying we owe $1200 for wear and tear of the vehicle. The finance manager said to ignore it and Hyundai takes some time to pay it. Two months goes by get another letter they said to ignore it it’ll be paid three months later it’s in collections, now they tell us they never said that you are always reliable for your wear and tear of your old lease. I don’t know where that $5000 went that we gave them to pay everything off, but we were lied to in everyone we talk to in the sales department and finance department, we’ve bought five Hyundais and Nashua has by far been the worst experience, I would recommend auto fair or Grappone, never dealt with the one in Salem that can’t be worse than here

WTF 3 rd Hyndia dealership I've dealt with I will be replacing my vehicle with a completly different brand. Take in for water pouring out of dash and fan making a loud noise on passenger side. Now no HEAT, 7 times I was told when I called that well there was no complaint of no heat. Well WTF Sherlock I had heat when I came in now after working on it I have no heat!!! Will take it back this week but Hyndia has lost a satisfied customer!!! So maybe a Kia or Nissan will be in my future!!!!!

My experience with Jack at the Hyundai dealership was exceptional. Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from him, I was thoroughly impressed with his level of assistance and knowledge. Test drove a nice special red Elantra N line today. David was my sales person, and did a nice job presenting the car. Unfortunately we too far apart ton price to close the deal. It was still a good experience, and I would not hesitate to car shop there again with David.

Unethical and Illegal - General Sales Manager, Nate will spend hours negotiating a contract then go completely as-backwards on his word, blaming the "owner". Illegal Contracts Law. Do not go for this dealership or sign anything with them. They also disrespected my family on my way out when I told them that they completely wasted me and my family's time. Illegal and Unethical!

Stay away from Ryan from sales and Nate Sales Manager. They will waste your time . Spend hours negotiating on a price that works for both parties then went back and came back with a much higher after agreeing to a lower price. Will be disrespectful at the end and swear at you. Very unprofessional. Avoid the stress and unethical business practice. Will not honor or be truthful during the process. Never have I seen such business tactics where prices is negotiated, then not honored!

Transparent, Honest, and quick. Dont waste your time with the other guys. Jack helped me get into my new 2024 palisade. I hate buying new cars because it's a constant game of chicken, trying to get everyone to give you the best deal. I walked in and told jack I was tired I had been shopping all week. Multiple dealerships claiming they couldn't get my price where I wanted it. They couldn't bend even a little. They acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car for sticker price.Constantly taking advantage of the state economy instead of trying to win life long customers. Jack cut all the bull and agreed he hated the back and forth. He wrote down his number and I wrote down mine. He went to his manager and he actually got everyone to agree to my number on the first shot. No back and forth. No wasting time or making promises he couldn't keep. Just strait transparency. Dealerships need more salesman like him. I've purchased 5 brand new vehicles so far in my lifetime, all of which was from the nashua branches. I highly recommend these guys if you don't want to waste your time with salesman who don't intend on being fair.

After going to several dealers, I found a lack of cars, they required a deposit to wait for the car to arrive, sellers were not committed to selling, I decided to stop at this location, they have plenty cars and I was immediately introduced to a seller named David, he was very friendly, energetic, committed selling, I left with a happy car, relieved to have bought a good car, I will definitely come back in a few years.

Very thrilled with my first experience at Nashua Hyundai after using another dealership for my last three Hyundais.I wanted to avoid going into a dealership this time, and Nashua Hyundai was very accommodating and helpful through that process. We were able to get everything done via their website and email. After purchasing the vehicle, I had to go in once to get the Title Application since our local town hall wouldn't accept a digital signature. The folks at Nashua even made that experience after the sale really fast and pleasant.During my research across dealerships, I found a lot of variation in price these days with the remnants of the "car shortage" still in effect. Nashua Hyundai was very fair with their pricing.
