I am extremely grateful to Mike and his team who did an excellent job with my car. Everything was left original, as original as if it were the time I bought my car at the Lexus dealer. Mike was always in contact with me, informing me how the repair process of my car was going. This man is very kind, he provides excellent service and is very responsible in everything. Mike is a very good person. I am very happy with the results. I recommend this shop to everyone!!!!

I highly recommend this place. Mike and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They quickly provided a quote for the work needed on our van and an accurate estimate of how long the work would take. Mike proactively reached out to me to keep me informed of the progress of the work. They worked very well with both my insurance company and the rental car company making the drop-off and pick-up process hassle-free. The repairs on the van look great and, as an added bonus, the van was washed and vacuumed for us!

Nashua Collision is a very professional and quality operation from beginning to end. I was extremely happy with the work they did on my Audi A6. My car is very special to me and I was concerned about the repair. Mike and his team eliminated my concern by their outstanding work and attention to detail. The communication during the process and working with my insurance company was amazing. I strongly recommend Nashua Collision, and I know you will be as happy as I am with their high quality work.

The owner of this shop is a liar and untrustworthy.
I was rear ended this year and so I went to my car dealer and they pointed me in the direction of Mike for body work.
When I dropped the car off with Mike, the only issue with the car was the physical damage on the rear bumper from the accident.
Fast-forward to when my car was ready to be picked up.
The first thing that went wrong was I was given an incorrect time to pick up my car and when I got there the shop was closed and nobody was there to hand me any paper work or my keys.
I get into my car to find out none of the parking sensors on the car are working. Meaning a thorough inspection of their work was not done before handing the car back.
I inform Mike and I am forced to bring the car back again during the week, which was a waste of time because nothing was resolved. Mike says to take the car back to Audi and they will have to fix the issue that Mikes shop created. Mike then told me he would try to get the cost of the fix covered through the original insurance of the person who rear ended me. If that did not work he told me to my face he would reimburse me. After Audi made the repair Mike was unable to get the insurance to cover THEIR mistake. Instead of reimbursing me Mike shut me out and straight up said he was not responsible. Because lying to the insurance did not work out for him, his front desk associate stopped picking up calls and never called me back and Mike stopped responding.
In conclusion, if you take your vehicle here its not safe and I would record every instance with Mike as he tends to make promises he does not intend to keep.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. They are amazing in every way. Communication is spot on. Price is great. Staff is amazing! They show so much care and concern for you, your car and your situation. The are extremely accommodating and try to get you your car asap. I had the pleasure of talking / working with Mike and he was incredible. He goes above and beyond and that is hard to come by these day (it was refreshing) and this is why Nashua Collision Center will get my business for the rest of time. I 1000% recommend anyone and everyone to have their cars serviced at this location. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Mike & the Nashua Collision Center Team!

Got my car back and not only was the damage fixed but it was cleaned inside and out! Mike is THE best and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me and deal with my insurance. Would recommend this place to anyone

Super friendly and helpful staff, fair pricing, and good quality work. They even were willing to shuffle a few things so I could get my car back in time for work, and they left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off!

After being told my car was going to not be able to be fixed until after Christmas by other shops, I gave Nashua Collision Center a call and they were able to get me in early November. They were super helpful and kept me in contact the entire time and walked me through the process. I can't recommend this place more, they took incredible work of my Volvo and now it looks brand new all before the holidays!
