Bought an item and went to return it the same day after discovering it was the wrong one. I asked when they closed and was told 6pm. Got there at 5:10pm. As I pulled in I saw someone come out from a side door (an employee?) get something from their truck and go back inside. When I tried to go inside the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody answered the phone. I guess not everyone got the memo that the place would be closing early on a holiday weekend.

This should be the first place to go to find what you need. They always will prioritize your needs at a fair price and treat you with respect. The counter staff seem to know exactly what you are looking for even when you give them vague questions about the part you need!!

My bf’s brakes went yesterday and we were trying to use one of those apps to purchase the brakes in 4 payments (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc) Anyways, we had called a few times for part numbers and we ended up going down there in person. It was a whole situation.Pat, was the gentleman who helped us. He was pleasant over the phone and extremely helpful in person. The original total was going to be around $300 and he got it down to $245 for us. We are struggling for money right now so this was really appreciated.Pat, thank you for everything. You’re a star employee who deserves a raise! :)

I picked up some lugnuts to replace the ones in my 2012 fusion. Thank you for the help. The older lugnuts are defective, have swollen up and are making tire rotations difficult as are hard to remove.

Went in to get some antifreeze. Very nice counter person. Bought what I needed and when I left the gentlemen ask if he could help me carry my purchase as I was on crutches. Told him I was all set.
