“Owner and store employee watched me struggle on crutches trying to open door. This set the mood for my initial visit. Once in and being helped tho things changed for the better. The gentleman I worked with was knowledgeable and was able to get me started and on the service with ease.Everything service wise has been great and I recommend this location. “I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”

“I recently had 5 plus hours with Verizon prepaid customer service online, at home, trying to upgrade from my Verizon Phone 6 plus to a Verizon iPhone 8 plus. Multiple calls and unbelievably frustrating. Something that should have taken 5 minutes, porting my Verizon account and number to the new phone, ended up a nightmare. Anyways - went into this store and they hooked me up in......FIVE minutes! Activated and out the door. Allen the manager was fantastic. Lesson learned - boots on the ground I guess.5 solid stars.”

“I stopped into this location on 05/10/2024 a little after 5:00pm or so. When I walked in I took a moment to find an employee by looking around and Raphael immediately noticed me and asked what he could help me with. I explained that I wanted to pay off my monthly phone bill, pay off my old iPhone 13 Pro (which broke a few days prior), and get the new iPhone 15.

He right away said that yes, we could do that. He directed me to pay my bill at a kiosk while he was arranging what was needed for my other requests. I had a little bit of trouble finding out my full balance, and he looked it up on the spot on his tablet and told me the full balance for me to type into the screen and make my payment.

Next, he told me that he was ready to start next steps and that he would return shortly with a quote. He returned in a timely manner and broke down all parts of the quotes, and answered all of my questions with easily understood elaborations.

He helped me set up my new phone in store, again answering my questions the entire time. It took around 20-25 minutes for my new phone to finish backing up from my old phone. During this time period he was very friendly and we shared a pleasant conversation, while he helped me through the different steps needed.

If you’re reading this before going into the store, request Raphael immediately! 10/10”

He took my problem and found a solution and made a crappy month less crappy. Met the manager when I went to go pick up my Macbook and she was lovely too.”
