This is hands down the best hair studio that I have ever been to. The people are genuine and a real hoot. And their studio is a welcoming and friendly environment, I assure you I will not be found at another hair salon because I've already found the best.

So I called yesterday at 10:02 am and spoke with someone regarding an appointment and was told that someone would call me back which is just odd. 27.5 hours later and no returned call. Why is it so hard to find a professional salon that does my kind of hair in New England?
