Poor customer service. Storage container that was scheduled for a 7am delivery didn't show up on time. I called when they opened at 8am and was given a condescending attitude by an employee when I asked about the timeframe for my "pod" delivery. He informed me that a "pod" would be a different company and not a MI Box.John, who scheduled my 7am delivery the day prior, took over the call and told me that my delivery time was 'pushed' to "post-9am". No one called to inform me, of course, and he said that he had just found out himself when he arrived at 8am. I asked for a more specific timeframe as "post 9am" could mean 5pm for all I know. He said "most likely between 9am - 11am", but couldn't tell me exactly when.If I didn't have people waiting on the container to arrive so they could load it, it wouldn't have been a huge deal, but I did so this was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.Also, no apology was given. Only a "we don't care" attitude.

Horrible Customer Service. I can't comment on the service, as I never got that far. I spoke with a lovely rep on the phone to go over the details for a quote. He told me he would send the quote, and then call me the next day to review it. I received the most confusing quote I've ever seen - once you got past the pale yellow text on white background (impossible to read), there were so many lines on the quote and no clear total. I emailed immediately and asked what the total was. No response. The following day, the sales rep never called, and no one emailed back. I emailed again. I had to book my move, so I ended up booking with PODS. The 'Sales Manager' (strong term for someone that acts like this), Kelly, emailed and said she apologized and that she was busy because it was the end of the month (aka I'm not important because her quota is reaching term). I responded and said I booked with PODS. She responded 'Good luck with them and their call center overseas. I honestly don't need customers like you.' I would NEVER work with a company that a) speaks so poorly of other businesses and b) is so outrageously rude to customers.

Chris / Sandra and Ken; from the first call to the last these three Amigos erased so much horror in having to move out of "our" 37+ year rental... in 30 days! The worst landlord in the world sold the place and gave us no time to move. We were three days away from homeless when we found our new apartment. Ordered the MiBox on 8/24/2018. Ken arrived with the empty MiBox as promised. He set it up in a skinny, rocky driveway with TREES on either side. Right outside the cabin door as we wanted; and He explained everything. He secured the placement! We loaded it and then requested pick-up 9/11/2018. It was delivered to a few towns away the very next day! We opened it on 9/16/2018, unpacked; threw a lot of our life away! 16 steep stairs and a much smaller place... Requested pick-up on 9/18/2018 - it was GONE 9/19/2018. Chris and Sandra did all we asked; Ken was the original driver. He had a difficult driveway to drop the box in, and he was AWESOME. They coordinated his availability so he could pick-up - deliver - AND final pick-up from our fussy new landlord's parking lot! The estimate was almost exactly what it cost, to the penny. Professional, kind, listening staff, and responsive to our needs. Chris, Sandra and Ken deserve a bonus on this one! Absolutely the easiest move ever...and I was military! You can't go wrong with this crew!
