Something seriously wrong with this place. I had a fairly easy project and they must have cycled me through at least 4 different project managers and sales leads. Not one person on my account is still with the company. They charge top dollar for really poor customer service.

I have just had Maverick complete a large update of our AV, Sound, Internet, Phone, and Network management systems. We had a 14 year old systems that had aged from "state of the art" to "tired".After going back and forth with their design team for a good period of time, we settled on improvements and updates that met our needs and incorporated all of the new functionality available on the market that we felt was important to us.I am very impressed with all aspects of the Maverick operation and thoroughly pleased by their work. Specifically, everything that they did was of the highest quality. Their technicians are incredibly skilled, but also extremely personable. They spent a lot of time converting our old systems and controls, adding new TV's and sound systems. They met their time commitments for installation, they made modifications as we experienced the new systems in real life, and they have been vigilant about follow up of issues. The workmanship is unbelievable for those that evaluate the rack systems and the wiring cabinets behind all the functionality. Its the cleanest, neatest rack of electronics imaginable. This is important as time goes on and changes need to be made; messy wiring means poor service and mislabeled connections.Without any question, Maverick provides the highest level of AV, Sound, Connectivity and Automation controls of any Integrator I have seen.

Please avoid. The owner of the company was condescending and unreasonable to work with. It was obvious he wanted to sell me equipment (ie, a TV) without adequately explaining the requirements for the caliber of audiovisual equipment he was going to install. He actually contradicted himself at one point, and I had had enough. If you want a high-end company to do the work, honesty and respect toward the customer are paramount. This company doesn't provide either.
