I walked in and felt very welcome by all that were there. Kasey was amazing in every way I could have asked for. She sent me an email way before my appointment to let me know who she was and that she would be working with me. She asked me what kind of dresses I was looking at so she had an idea on what I was thinking. The day of my appointment came and I tried on what I thought I would like and she gave me a few that she thought I would like and then at the very end I saw the most amazing dress that I thought I would never like and I loved it. Kasey made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on but the last dress was the dress and I said YES to it. I would highly recommended you guys to anyone and you guys were definitely worth the 3 hour drive from Maine. Thank you for making me feel welcome you all are amazing team

DO NOT USE. I seriously hope the owner(s) investigate why they're receiving bad reviews recently. They are costing people THOUSANDS of dollars are cause they don't know how to measure properly. One's wedding is already stressful enough dont need to add to that with paying more to alter the dress than it cost originally. They will and have shamelessly sell you something wrong and just throw thier hands up when you complain and not take any responsibility. Pictures of the $3500 in alterations and the response my wife got.

Per my wife :I’m not one to post reviews, but this has to be said. If anyone is looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses, DO NOT GO TO Marry & Tux Bridal. Worst wedding dress experience ever! (Huge issues with the bridesmaids dresses as well but I’m not even getting into that right now). This is the review I left them on Google. Along with the pictures of my dress when they had me try it on, pictures after the alterations, and this businesses shitty response and lack of accountability.
This is going to be a long post so I apologize but I don’t want another bride to go through what I went through. Went to Marry and Tux for my wedding gown, back in January for my wedding that is was on Saturday. The woman who helped me seemed great. I found “the dress” but it felt very tight in the stomach area, she told me it’s because it has boning in it. The arms/sleeves were incredibly tight, but she said that could easily be fixed by adding a gusset. She said I’d need minimal and simple alterations done to the dress. Fast forward to the day of picking up the dress. I try it on, and again it felt tight but I believed her in that’s just the way it is. She had to use bungee cords and clips to zip me. I asked if it will be tough to get on the day of. Her response “it’ll take 3 people but you’ll be ok” so I believed her, the professional. My receipt said “sample size fits well.” Abain, not knowing how a wedding dress should feel, I trusted their expertise in thinking it would look great because they convinced me it was fine. Fast forward to bringing the dress for alterations. The alteration woman explained they ordered my dress TWO SIZES TOO SMALL, she explained she will need to take out AT LEAST two inches of the waist, along with a bunch of other things that I honestly don’t even remember. She said if I went to sit in the dress, the zipper would bust open. Let’s also add that I didn’t gain weight, I’ve lost! This seamstress/tailor basically had to reconstruct my entire dress, when it all could have been avoided by them ordering a larger size that actually fit. Last week I had my final fitting after the alterations and omg am I shocked! My dress fits INCREDIBLE and I feel like I can breathe and move in it. I’ve been trying to let this slide because I don’t want to bash a business, but something needs to be said. I am beyond furious but also beyond thankful I found a seamstress who was able to make the dress work! Here are some before and after pics. The before is the day I tried on the dress. The after is the final alteration fitting. The top two are before, and the bottom two are after.

To add after the bridal shop responded to my negative review, they claim the original dress was fit correctly and was suppose to be tight. Apparently this shop does not know how to measure people and refuse to admit when they are wrong and are only about the sale and making commission. I will NEVER recommend this place for a bride, or anyone involved in a wedding. Avoid them at all costs!!!

If I could rate my bridal experience with Marry & Tux Bridal a 0 out of 5 stars, I would.
At day one, when wanting to book an appointment, I was so excited. Marry & Tux on Instagram was all I could think about. I DM’d back and forth with the page and then ended up booking for a weekend in November (6 weeks after booking). I was ecstatic!
They were immediately reaching out and reviewing my inquiry information and had eased my mind that everything on my sheet was attainable and they were excited to have me into their location as a first time bridal gown shopper.
Fast forward to today, literally 3 days before my appointment and they proceed to email me asking for details, inspiration, etc. I thought this was amazing and such great news.
They proceeded to tell me they have no options in store that could get me relatively close to my Inspo pics (which I understood) within my budget and size, as well as stating that my budget would really only allow some flexibility to try on a few bridesmaids dresses that we could order in ivory or white…. Yet, all of their promotions and PR marketing says they’re known for their outlet and markdowns? Weird.
I even called them to ensure I wasn’t skewing or creating a false narrative from an email chain. I wasn’t skewing anything, they were just as blunt and rude on the phone as they were via email and frankly didn’t even want to appease me at all.
To say I was feeling blindsided is an understatement….
I guess, my lesson was learned, not everything you see on social media is true. Including small business advertisements, unfortunately. Do your research before signing up for something…
Grateful that my sister saved the day and got me an apt with a boutique in Worcester for the same day and time.
Super disappointed with it all because I had been dreaming of this day since getting engaged in August.
Do better Marry & Tux.

I recently went to Marry & Tux to find my wedding gown. I worked with Sandi who ultimately made this an incredible experience. As someone who is self-conscious, she made me feel very comfortable and beautiful in what I tried on. There was no pressure at all to find a dress that day or push for something outside my budget. That being said, the dress I found was everything I ever wanted.
I highly recommend working with Sandi. She has kept in touch from the first call to after the purchase.

This is the wedding dress shopping that every girl dreams of! I went with my mom, future MIL, and three of my bridesmaids and we had a blast. My consultant was Kylie and she made me feel so comfortable and she was very knowledgeable about all of the dresses. She was so nice, and as someone who’s a plus size bride and isn’t the most confident, it’s amazing when someone fully supports your decision and doesn’t judge you. She stood with me the whole time and had my back. My dress ended up being the one that she picked out! It was the last one I tried on and it was definitely not something I ever envisioned myself wearing, but I fell in love with it. I hope everyone has the same experience I did. I come back to pick it up in 6-8 months and I can’t wait! Thank you again Kylie! ❤️❤️❤️

I was pretty anxious about trying on dresses. I went in with an open mind and worked with Kylie who was excellent. There was a ton of variety in style, size and price. Kylie was mindful of my price range and was thoughtful when helping me pick options to try on. She even was able to reach out to the designer to discuss veil options. I found the most gorgeous dress of my dreams $1 under my budget and could not be happier with my experience. Thanks Kylie & Marry and Tux bridal team!

I don't think I can say enough about my experience but I'll try my best. I was extremely nervous to try on wedding gowns, as this was my first experience ever so I didn't have high hopes for finding THE DRESS on the first try. However, I did in fact find my dress!
I think it was all because of Julia, my stylist who really took the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She let me walk through the show room and look at every available option in my desired price point and encouraged me to be open and honest about each dress before we even tried things on. Then when she pulled a few dresses for me to start she was so encouraging and really listened to my likes/dislikes and even picked up on what materials would look/feel best on me. We even spoke about my fiance, the wedding and had plenty of laughs that made the appointment feel light and fun instead of daunting and stressful!
I never felt pushed to try something on and when I did find the dress, Julia gave a sweet, quiet but confirming look that she KNEW that was the dress I wanted. But, again, let me make my own decisions! I can't thank her enough for making my wedding dress appointment the most pleasant experience I could have asked for!

I had the best experience with Kasey. She has a great eye and it was so fun trying on dresses with her. She was able to translate my tastes and find the right dress to match what I’m looking for! Marry and Tux has a great variety of dresses as well.

As a plus size girl I was very nervous going to a fitting as I usually hate shopping but Tenley was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on. It was an amazing experience and I could not say anything bad about my experience and would highly recommend Tenley and Marry&Tux to anyone! Especially my plus size friends!

I had an amazing experience at Marry & Tux Bridal all thanks to Kylie!! I was nervous about not knowing what style I would like or feel the best in or what I liked in a dress and Kylie made me feel comfortable as soon as I met her. She asked the right questions and helped guide me to the perfect dress! I highly recommend and can't say enough good things about them here! :)

I am giving one star only because I had a good experience buying my wedding dress here, however I would give the suit/tuxedo service -10 stars if I could. Stephanie is the woman we had the displeasure of dealing with for our wedding. Nearly a year before the wedding date my fiance went to get fitted for his suit and pick colors. During this process he sent me a picture of the bowtie labeled October 2023. This color seemed to perfectly match the swatches I sent him with, however when we returned together with the groomsmen in April 2024, Stephanie informed us that we "in fact" ordered the coral/pink color in the second photo. When I offered to show her a photo of the original color we liked (a completely different bowtie) she insisted the lighting was different in the photo and that we ordered coral. I told her that was a mistake and we decided to go with the cinnamon color in the final photo, because apparently the bowtie from the original photo no longer exists besides in my imagination.
Fast forward to the week of the wedding when all the suits had issues. We spent many hours in the car back and fourth to the store to get the correct items for our very simple order. Meanwhile each visit my fiance was treated disrespectfully by Stephanie as she proceeded to blame us for her mistakes because we "made so many changes with the color" even though she did have our correct order in her notes from 6 months prior to our wedding. The lack of accountability and the amount of stress this woman caused us just days before the wedding is uncalled for and unprofessional. Luckily, I work in the wedding industry and I am happy to help other paying customers avoid this kind of treatment.

I made a bridal appointment this past weekend and Shaylin was my stylist. She was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. I had sent photos of inspiration beforehand and was able to shop around before trying on dresses. She found me the exact dress I had seen on their website, and I was lucky enough to fall in love and say yes to the dress!! I will definitely be back to look at dresses for my mom, bridesmaids and groomsmen outfits!
