I am 83 and can hardly walk. I was in your store yesterday to shop. There were no scooters available so I waited for a scooter to become available. It never happened so I had to leave.
Your staff was not at all helpful or sympathetic.

Great store. The produce is always well-stocked, and the employees are friendly. They run weekly sales and discount many of their items. I am especially fond of the hot bar and deli. They have a wide selection of quick dinners for pickup, such as pastas, rotisserie chickens, pizza, sushi, egg rolls, potato wedges, and meatballs.

I absolutely love this grocery store , other than they carry every household essential , their shelves are stocked continuously , so everything is fresh stock , including their wide selection of fruits / produce , meats and seafood . It seems nothing sits on their shelves for more than a day . Their bakery provides fresh breads , doughnuts , cakes , cookies and pastries everyday . You may also purchase fresh subs , pizza , chicken and sushi at their market place or coffee , fresh squeezed orange juice with a variety of drinks that's located inside the store , with plenty of clean seating to enjoy . Theres also on the go prepared foods for those who are in a hurry , hot and ready to eat . Including roasted chicken , cheese burgers , fries , lobster Rangoon , soups , pizza , and a lot more that changes weekly . The prices are reasonable throughout the store . And they always have hundreds of products on sale .. why would I shop anywhere else .. love it !!

Went to the grill for burgers and the cook was dirty and touching everything but the food with her gloves… service was extra slow and I waited 35 mins just to even put my order in. I think I’ll be calling corporate regarding this becuz it was my lunch break

Market Basket Amherst St NH, is the Supreme Grocery Store to Shop. Always very clean. The Sandwiches to Special Order are Tremendous and Extremely Well Priced. Well Exceeds Subway in Quality and Price. You buy here at much Less $'s and it is Much Fresher and Abundant. They Pride Themselves on having many items on Sale Weekly. Why Shop Elsewhere?

Ordered 2 pizzas from here before starting my shopping. The man working the counter was incredibly rude and cut me off as soon as I started talking to angrily say it was an hour wait (because he had a whopping 8 pizzas to make, I've worked in pizza joints and restaurants, talk about making a mountain out of a mole hill). I said that was fine as I had to do my shopping anyway, placed my order and went on about my shopping. Over an hour later I go back pick up my pizzas, check and went home. I open the boxes and both pizzas were burnt. Even my wife who likes well done pizza wouldn't eat it because of how overcooked the cheese was. This guy always has a bit of an attitude when I go in there and now he's burning pizzas. Time for him to go.

Years ago when market basket was a small family business in Northern New England. They cared about their consumers and their prices. The employees were helpful and courteous. It appears that they no longer practice those values. I know that prices have escalated in the past few years. I've also noticed, days before a holiday they replace The market basket brand items with the more expensive items on the shelves. Therefore you are forced to buy the most expensive items for your holiday parties. I think it's obnoxious that the management resorts to deceitful practices.
