The employees are rude and disrespectful and when u ask to talk to a supervisor u get deny and if ur lucky to get one they just as rude as the employees

Hired then hang a tv and hook up my surround sound. Magnolia came out and designed the system. When they came out they installed everything and the tv kept flashing. So they had me buy a new reviver telling me it would solve the issue and that didn’t work. Then they brought an hdmi extender. That worked for a couple weeks. They had to comeBack out and troubleshoot everything and they ended up replacing the hdmi extender. That did not fix the issue. It took them 9 visits to get this correct and it was all because the designer designed the system wrong. So I never needed a new receiver and since they trouble shot this beyond the return date I couldn’t return anything. So not only did it take them 9 visits and over 2 months to get this correct they were not going to give me a refund. They installed this in June and here we are in November i all they gave me back was 250$ while I spent 700$ on a reviver I never needed. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I would not recommend magnolia or Best Buy for anything. They are super unprofessional and I’m convinced they don’t know much about installing electronics save yourself time and money and either install it yourself or find a small company who cares about their customers and is good at what they do Best Buy is another corporation ripping off customers and doing terrible work

Bought smart light switches that didn't work. Took them in store to return and they told me to call the manufacturer because it's one day out of their return policy. Didn't offer any help. Should have bought them on Amazon with a much better customer friendly return policy.

Bought an expensive, theater system from Magnolia in Nashua, NH. The only thing they are good at is stealing your money. They installed ceiling speakers and out of the 8 screws, they were suppose to install, they only used 4 for one of my speakers. When I found out, I kept running to Magnolia to get the issue resolved. I keep getting the same lame excused and nothing was getting done. The manager keeps hidden in his office, trying to avoid contact with customers. Today, after one year, the speaker fell from the ceiling, damaging the drywall... The only thing Magnolia is good for is stealing your money...Do not buy from them.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. I got a 75 inch Frame tv installed with a $700 Savant remote. Communication to get something fixed, is them asking me to text them a reminder a day later. The Savant remote doesn’t work and it’s a complete waste of money and time. Would never use them again and it’s only been a few weeks since I bought it.

I Purchase a home theater system from Magnolia ( Best Buy Nashua ) spent more then $ 17,000.00 and from the day one i have issue in system they and it almost one and half year still they are nor able to fix it they always lie we will fix it next week keep going its take 3 to 4 month keep follow up and come one time and they say we will come next day and fix it never show back and i have call them again no quick response ..

I ordered a pair of speakers for less than $200 and was treated as if I was ordering an entire home theater system. Kudos to Sales Manager Kevin Monti for outstanding customer service.

They came to give me an estimate on a new tv, home theater, outdoor speakers, kitchen speakers, and outdoor tv, then never responded with a quote, I've messaged them, still nothing. Apparently my money is no good at Magnolias.
