Called to see if he had availability to work on a car. Started to explain the situation. Our mechanic had a family emergency and couldn’t do the work. We had the parts. Guy cut me off and was super rude. Didn’t ask for a rate didn’t care needed the car on the road. 100% chance I’ll never go to this guy.

This is the first garage I've used in 10 years, as the dealership handled all of the needs while under warranty. I'll use this place for all my non-warranty work, as reliable and transparent auto repair shops are near impossible to find.

Took my 2002 Windstar in after talking to a friend who used to live in the area. He said that Maffee's was a good place for auto repair. I was tired of some of the chain auto places and the dealer is usually not a good choice. I found that they were professional and prompt. They certainly were fair priced since I have experience with car fix-it problems so that makes it easier for me to determine if I am getting a fair price. There was no reason that I will not return now for all my car needs that I cannot do myself. Tell them that you saw this review about some Windstar and thought you'd give them a try. I am glad I did. I hope that more people do reviews online that are objective as it helps one to make a decision. Thanks Maffee's. Like my insurance agent, I hope I don't see you again for a while......that means all is well!
