Paint Department Review.If you're buying paint make sure you buy more than you'll need because they can't get the same color scheme mixed correctly if you don't and this is based on just a week apart. First they'll say you need the old label (which I did) and then they'll blame it on the equipment. But it's simply a lack of training and consistent help. If it it's a Sherwin Williams brand go direct to a Sherwin store. (End of 2d review)The only element from a 3 to 5 star review is associate knowledge. When posing product questions you can expect a reply e. g. I'm not sure, don't believe what you see online, no we don't have it ( but after searching on your own you find out they do have it), never heard of anything like that and so on. How about a kiosk of where to find the item? You only have to train it once.Today I knew where to find what I was looking for but mixing oil for 2 cycle chain saws sometimes comes in 6 packs so I posed the question. Answer: "...if you don't see it we don't have it, no we don't have it in six packs."Still, the store is bright and clean with uncluttered aisles and prices are Lowe's. I prefer Lowes to Home Depot but usually end up at HD because of better availability.

Well where due I begin since oct,18.2023 I have been having headaches and stress I purchased a whole kitchen set up and more spent a lot of money and waited as much as I could iv complained and called for a resolution and nothing the run around don't waste your money here or time they won't build the kitchen as promised and they bring your items broken and won't replace it . Don't fall for there lies and be a victim like we was and to the seller Jarilea white id: 1825272 thanks for the Fake service and promise and garrentee that never came you will be hereing from my lawyer soon. It is February 2 .2024 and nothing has been fixed or completed.

Lowe’s is a good store with excellent products and people to help you. The problem is trying to reach them on the phone. Almost impossible!

It really depends on the day you go sometimes the staff is great other times they don't seem to care about their jobs they always have good sales on tools but otherwise it's very hard to find things and again depending on what day you go you get help or you get an attitude but it seems most box stores are like this and that's too bad

We went to Lowe’s to purchase window shades , we wanted motorized in some rooms and met Meg Bracato in window decor she was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you so much for making my experience so smooth ! I highly recommend purchasing things at Lowe’s it’s nice to see so many smiling helpful employees in every department! Thank you Megan !! Pricing was also a plus 50% off on Levelor motorized was a bonus in this day and age with prices .

Most of the managers are rude and don't do anything. They mostly play on their phones or harass customers and employees alike. Worst place to shop.

I was looking for a part for my storm door. I contacted Flav Nour sales representative for help.I was so impressed that he asked me few questions to understand the problem and how he can help. For storm doors department , there was no matching part available. He did not give up and told me sometimes they get some parts from unsuccessful projects and they keep them at store in case customer may need them.He found exact matching part for me from rejects and i was so thankful that I got what I needed .What I witnessed was an exceptional service for understanding customer problem and finding a solution. These days it is hard to find exceptional service attitude. I wish he is recognised for this attitude and skill and should get an award for exceptional customer service. Hope all lowe’s sales reps are like Flav Nour.Congratulations for 5 star service.Merry Christmas and new year 2024.

Hit or miss at Lowe’s,SometimesYou get good helpful service,Sometimes it’s very poor service and arrogant staff. Problem is I’ve dealt with more jerks while negotiating appliances and other stressful decisions. Lowe’s seems like this big corporation that doesn’t seem to care. I'm have a pro account with Lowe's. Spend thousand of dollars with them a a contractor. I went to return a few items around $40 after just picking up an order for $1500. They didn't know how to look up my account with the receipt. I had my four year old with me. That was starting to stand up on the carriage. I just reprimanded her. And then the disheveled young man with a beard at customer serve ice then started to reprimand my daughter in front of me. Oh heck no! Lowe's my business is done with you!! I don't need some greasy unkept incompetent man scolding my daughter in front of me, while I am handling her and the situation. I'm additional to not knowing how to take a simple return that is on my pro account. I had to show him how to do it. What a mess.

Experience in this store is horrible, every single time !!!! I don’t even know where to start. When I picked time, nobody is prepare the item, I had to wait 3 hours for it even I noticed the store long time ahead. When I deliver my item it is either missing or broken. When I asked a person to help me find and power tool, the attitude is very bad, because I am Asian!? It is just too much…
